Trams are a bit noisy and close to the hotel

Very good suite, amazing breakfast and too much to eat each morning Staff were excellent, the receptionist even lent us her own umbrella one morning when rain was forecast - above and beyond service.

Our room was a superior room with a river view, but we really only looked onto the road. The curtains did not fit the windows well, so we were woken up by sunlight earlier than we would like and being level with the road people passing could see in. Also, the noise of cars and trams at night and early morning meant less sleep than we would have liked.

We liked the location, and breakfast was excellent.

There was a bit of noise from the road, but it wasn't unmanagable and it was quite nice to hear the gentle rattle of trams passing. If you are a light sleeper you may want to keep this in mind. Bonus points to the hotel for some helpful signs about bugs in the area if you keep the windows open as it is a stone's through away from the beautiful Vistula River.

We had a fantastic stay at the Bridge Suites Hotel on a short stay in Krakow. Our room was bigger than expected, and very comfortable with plenty of space for the two of us, though the bathroom was a little on the smaller side (absolutely still functional though). Reception was available 24/7, and there was space to leave our bags securely as we arrived early before checkout. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Jewish Quarter with easy access to the Old Town, and local transport. The staff very kindly made up a lunch bag for us as we left before breakfast service on one of our days in Krakow for a tour, and really went above and beyond to make our stay great. We weren't able to secure a twin room in the property as it was busy during our stay, but they made up the sofa into a second bed for us which was equally as comfortable as the main bed. Best sleep I've had for a long time in a hotel, and would definitely come back again.

There is nothing I didn't like about it.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Krakow. The hotel has a stunning view, the staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to serve and provide us with great hospitality and love. The place is special, quiet, and very enjoyable. The hotel is located close to the city and the airport. If I'm lucky again, I will come back and choose this beautiful hotel.

Just one tea bag each of different flavours and 2 coffee pods seems a bit odd. The coffee machine was not working. Also some milk would be good to have. Although we did not use any of them but it would be something to consider.

Everything was good. I had chosen to stay again as we had enjoyed my previous stay in June .

We totally enjoyed the three days in this fantastic apartment. The apartment is modern, comfortable with a great view! The location is perfect to explore the city and its neighborhoods! Great restaurants are just a short walk away. The staff is very welcoming with the right spirit for this hotel. Thank you so much to all of them. Not to forget the AMAZING breakfast. It was so delicious and we ate way too much 😁. (Little note: Yes you hear the traffic and tram. But hey, you are in the city! On the map you see that there is a road and a tram ;) - We were well aware of it. ) I would book again! We just loved it.

No parking means you have to park on the street and pay for it and it may be tricky to find a spot late in the evening. The receptionists varied a lot in attitude, some were friendly and professional and some would hardly say hello when we were passing by. I would suggest the breakfest to be included in the price or be a little extra. The way it is now it is quite pricey and there are so many options for cheaper and delicious breakfast near the hotel. Noise from the street and trams from 4:30am to late at night.

The location is perfect, just across the river from the Kazimierz district. The room was quite small but well laid out and with everything you need.

A few little things, rather suggestions for improvement: Air conditioning only available in the living room, not in the bedroom - Breakfast in itself very good, however the etagere you get is just too much if you order another meal. Selection could include more sweet spreads (jam, honey,...), but that’s personal taste - A short explanation for the breakfast would have been good (1 dish per person included) and in general the breakfast staff seemed a bit short tempered

Beautiful apartment with brilliant facilities right on the river in a prime location. The old town is a little further away on foot, but easy to reach. The beautiful Jewish quarter Kazimierz right next door. Great view from the apartment, everything you need available

The Hotel was at a convenient location and was impeccably clean and well maintained. The perfectly functioning AC was a welcome relief after the hot weather. All the staff members were courteous and friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to the friends.
