Kind and helpfull staff, the hotel is close to the castle and the historical centre by foot. Clean room, simple but nice breakfast. Value for money!

The room was clean when I arrived, but no housekeeping took place during my 3 night stay.

Monika at the reception is the most helpful and cheerful person on the planet, her positive energy radiates the place. The room was so comfortable, clean, and big. The location was amazing walking distance everywhere and well connected via trams. The breakfast was good as well, and the best part is that if you are travelling early and can't catch the breakfast, they prepare a bag of snacks to have it later. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was plentiful and good. And the service was very attentive and there was always plenty of everything. The Résidence Tournet can be recommended in every respect. The location is unbeatable. The service is very good. For example, we arrived very late outside the service times due to problems with the German railway. The Résidence Tournet informed us in good time and in a way that was easy to understand how we could still check in. Many thanks for that!

Reception and bar closed a little early. But the hosts are entitled to a life too.

Owners were easy going. Easy to talk to and really helpful. Everything is within a 15 minute walk. Castle, old square, train and bus stations. Trams and buses are just a stones throw away. Hotel is all being upgraded to a really high standard. Breakfast is a little basic. But plenty of snack and places to eat all around you.

- The main entrance door to the hotel opens with difficulty. I had to use a lot of force to open it. - The elevator doesn't go to every floor. My room was on the third floor, but the elevator went to the fourth. The elevator goes to even floors. - The shower was without any cover, so taking a shower was equivalent to washing the bathroom 😅 but if you prefer taking a bath, it was huge and clean.

The service was A+. Even though I arrived an hour before the scheduled check-in time, I was able to check in earlier without any problems. The room was ready. The location was phenomenal, seconds, not even minutes, from good restaurants, pubs, and caffe shops. Shops or pharmacies. Two minutes' walk to the iconic Kazimierz casseroles, which everyone's must try during stay in Krakow. About 7 minutes from Wawel. The location couldn't be better. The room itself was super! The bed was very comfortable, and the room was warm, clean, and quiet. there was a lot of space. My room was located on the 3rd floor, but there was an elevator. For those who prefer stairs- you can use stairs too.

All great really. I didn't have the breakfast so won't comment on that. But the location was in a great place for going to cafes etc for food and bars. Room was everything i needed. Was good it had a private entrance too.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff wad really helpful and the place 3' walk from the main square of Kazimierz. Definitely recommended for this price.
