The staff was very helpful and friendly. The was an elevator, and the room had a wooden furniture (which always adds a bit more cosyness even in the most modest premises). The hotel was also very close to the city center.

Interior is bit outdated. I know that people don't go to Suwalki for posh hotels and fancy restaurants but maybe it is time to freshen things up a tiny bit ;)

Conveniently located on one of the two main streets of Suwalki. Parking is for free. My breakfast was very customised as I was perhaps only one of very few who asked for it that morning. Felt so special. Haha!

Good place to stay overnight. Very decent shop across the street.

The drain in the shower was clogged so we couldn't shower. Empty showergel container. Water fountain container empty in the hall. Senior disco was super loud and smoke was coming up to the staircase and down the halls.

Sheets were clean and mattresses were comfortable.

Everything is just perfect and beautiful and very well organized. The city and surroundings are just awesome. You will find two supermarkets in 50 an 150m walking reach. One of the main city parts offers a beautiful flower and plant shop and several other special stores. The city has one of the best Christmas lightnings I ever saw in my lifetime. Everything in this beauty gem is flawless and the people are very friendly and open minded. Hotel is 10/10.

This hotel is a B-grade basic hotel in town but passable. Couple restaurants close-by and a doable hotel on the way to Gdansk from Riga Latvia or Vilnius Lithuania. It isn't any place I'd spend more than 1 quick night but, as I said, passable and the free parking is helpful.

The room needs repairs, the bathroom was missing towels and shampoo.

Very hot in the room and no AC No fridge in the room We booked a room with one double bed and got a room with twin beds. I ask for recommendation for a restaurant and the person at the reception said she doesn't know any restaurant. Hard to believe this.

There was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom, There were no international (nwes) channels available in TV.

Location was fine, near the lovely Suwalki old town centre, Breakfast was OK. There was coffee available all the time in hotel, althogh we didn't use that.

We stayed a couple of years ago in this place and it was much better. This time the bathroom was dirty, there was no soap, the drain in the shower was blocked... We had to spend one night, so for one night a normal place.
