Sofa bed extremely hard and impossible to sleep on, sofa bed linen dirty, killed 2 cockroaches, Ukrainian child crying out loud through the open balcony crying after his mother who wasn’t home. Apparently it’s a common issue.

the staff was very unfriendly. the entrance is hidden and difficult to find. Because I couldn't find the entrance, I called and all I was told on the phone was to keep looking because they didn't want to help me find the entrance

It was absolutely smelly of cigarettes. The cleanliness of the entire place was really questionable. THERE WAS NO WARM WATER! Neither at night when I arrived, nor in the morning. The address that was given is not where your room is going to be. You need to walk to another building. As much as it’s not too far, with all the luggage is not great.

Photos are inaccurate, the room is old and needs renovation. One towel for a person? Ridiculous! Cleaning ladies were nice, but staff at the reception is very disappointing! They don't value clients at all.

Room was normal and quite clean, the bed was very uncomfortable, you felt the springs, one duvet (not enough for two adults) fthe bath is very small, one large towel for two people and two small ones, no hot water only warm,I do not recommend it. We just wanted to sleep, but we couldn't...

They gave the key to the wrong room, I ordered a deluxe room and they gave me a standard room. The bathroom was dirty, my wife had to wash it to take a shower. It was very cold in the room, the wind was very strong from under the windows.

The hotel staff are incompetent for their responsibilities. Receptionist doesn’t call a taxi to ride to the airport. My apartment was on a fourth floor and I had a big suitcase which could be lifted to the apartment only by hand since there are no elevators.

Smoking in apartments is strictly restricted, but our apartments were smoked as hell by cigarettes. Internet is rubbish, if you want to work some from home, or even just basically watch Netflix before sleep, definitely not for you, unfortunately. All entertainment is located quite far from, ideal to come by car, just a thing to consider. Apartments not adopted for living, missing knives, some of the cutlery, etc. Apartments have a bit sad conditions: the shower is sprinkled all way round, etc The cleaning quality is below average, all cutlery needs to be rewashed, for some reason, it's sticky and in spots.

It's a good location for those who seeking for quiet place with car, cause parking included in price.

Red/blood like stain on the bath tub, old furniture and unpleasant smell. The cups were VERY small and not practical so bring your own if you can! Staff was not the friendliest. Definitely not worth the price and won’t be returning.

The only good thing about this property was that there was netflix, youtube etc and a garage. nothing else.
