Do not take breakfast in here, it's not worth these 6 euros. The hotel itself seems to be was dormancy before, so do not expect any luxury stuff in here, but it's not the worst. It does not look like family-friendly either, smoking area is just next to the entrance and lots of people are standing there and smoking, also other guest are mainly some used cars buyers or similar (tracking suits, bald heads, etc.) so this does not create positive vibe either.

We stayed there two nights going forward and back to Lithuania. First time we accidentally got family room which was really nice, clean, have baby bathing tub and seems it was not being used often. While on other day we got regular, 3-bed room and saw how this hotel actually look like.

Good parking ( But for 30zl for night) and location - suitable for travelers with car. Quick check-in and check-out. Rather clean room. Can provide U with kettle and fan on demand. Nice breakfast.

Expensive breakfast, have to pay for parking, rooms very small. There is not a best smell. Beds cud be more comfortable. Toilets and showers was installed 30 years ago and never changed. Too expensive for that amount of money, better off renting flat in city center...

It's not a bad location, but you have to pay for parking.

    Nothing.

The hotel is suitable for budget class of tourists. The ratio price/quality is very optimal. there is a good transportation from the hotel to the centre of Warsaw as well as to the Old town. I used buses 501, 519 and 522 to reach the centre (and also Central railway station) of the Warsaw, and bus 116 to Old town. The staff of the hotel is very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean, and towels were changed every day.

The location of the property is excellent - especially for those who travel to Warsaw with car. You have big parking space (though have to pay for that in addition). To reach the hotel is convenient - you don't have to go through city center. But if you travel by public transport - it is also very well situated - buses stop at the hotel and it takes about 20 minutes to go to the center. Also breakfast was very good - worth 3 stars :)

We arrived at 11 p.m. and the receptionist explained that our rooms are not available any more, because: 1) we are too late; 2) we had to pay for the rooms before 6 p.m. As you can see from the description of this hotel, check-in is from 14:00 and it is not explained what is the latest possible check-in time. Since the hotel is open 24/7 you could, indeed, expect that you can arrive whenever you want. Regarding payment, in the message received from booking.com it is explained that "You'll pay when you stay at Start Hotel Aramis", it means that I don't have to pay in advance. In any case, since a reservation was made with the credit card, the hotel could take money prior to arrival if they think that it is necessary. But to explain about a mystical payment before 6 p.m. is more than ridiculous. We had to discuss that with the receptionist almost one hour and only then she "somehow" managed to find free rooms. We came to Warsaw for my birthday and I was totally distressed for all this situation and extremely unpleasant communication of the receptionist. And that's not all. When I returned home, I checked that the hotel took money from me twice: I paid with my debit card at the hotel and besides that, they took money from my credit card too! It's the worst experience I ever had with hotels. And dear representative of the hotel who will comment on my review, please, don't tell that I forgot that it is one star hotel: principles of fairness and reasonableness should be applied in all categories of hotels.

You could not expect much in terms of facilities as it is one star hotel only, but I guess such things as politiness and adequate communication with the clients is not related to amount of stars a hotel received.

All night was hard to sleep because in thesame floor drunk Polish crayed out to each other. The towels are only small. Cleannes is not good. You can see it in my photos. The biggest drawback of the hotel for us was that it hasn't got free parking lots to offer. Also, even though it's convenient to get around the city from the location by car, it would have been a bit of a struggle to do so by public transport as only buses run from the hotel and there's some traffic going on in Warsaw!!

That's a mainstream hotel for those who are looking for a place to sleep in Warsaw, nothing too fancy. If you're only after a comfy bed and a bathroom, look no further.
