For us the location was fine but being on lake Ukiel means it's about 30 minutes walk from the city centre - about 20 minutes to Olsxtyn Zahidnia station. The hotel is not cheap but we had a fantastic weekend so it was definitely worth the money.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was off season so the hotel was quiet and we received excellent service in all parts of the hotel. The weather was beautiful so the view was stunning. The food in the restaurant, including breakfast was superb.

Honestly nothing

The staff was excellent from the start to check out, the interior, even if just walking down the corridor twice - such a pleasure for the eye (for once!). I spent the entire evening working in the restaurant as to prep for business meeting - not a bother from the staff, wonderfully decorated with light and candles, flowers (even if that was just me three!) I was provided with a robe - live them even if just for the one night stay. And obviously the chocolates left on the bed - small thing but actually this is still not so widely used - in any way- to show that you are truly welcome

Beautiful hotel, by the lake; wide room with a pleasant terrace and lake view. Both dinner and breakfast was was great. It was a calm, modern hotel. We enjoyed it very much.

Well built property - sound proofing is great, for sensitive sleepers I’d recommend rooms on the street side to avoid any noises from weddings etc. Generally spec was good.

For the price we paid, the room could have been bigger, it was quite small for 2 people. The water provided could also be bigger as one small bottle is not enough per day. The food for dinner was nice but pretty expensive for the area.

The location is great, right on the water. The lake view room was really nice and we made full use of the balcony. We had breakfast there, and the choice was superb. The spa treatment was also good, as was the dinner in the hotel restaurant on our first night. There are plenty of things to see and do in the vicinity. You can walk to the centre of Olsztyn in about 30 minutes.

The party was held outside and it was too noisy to sleep. I have contacted the personnel several times, and the party stopped, not sure was it because the personnel request, or simply it was over.

Staff need to learn about hospitality. Completely disconnected from the guests with the exception of one waiter serving dinner.

Excellent location with a beautiful view to the lake. We got a large room facing the parking but an upgrade for free.
