It's a pity that the hotel doesn't have a quiet bar/cafe downstairs. It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit in the evening, not just the bar in the nightclub. Also tea-making facilities and a hairdryer in the room would have been good.

Excellent choice of food for breakfast. The rooms were warm and spacious. There was a lot of storage space for clothes. The beds were comfortable, the pillows soft and the duvets warm. Good parking.

    1. The hotel can be hard to find unless you're travelling during the daytime. Hotel Zamek is an extension of Hotel St Bruno, and to get to the reception from the outside you have to enter Hotel St Bruno, not Hotel Zamek (it's closed). 2. Unguarded paid parking. 3. The WiFi is free but requires registration. 4. My friend and I booked rooms with a full bed, but one of the rooms had a twin bed because our booking was a last-minute deal (as the receptionist told us). 5. One of the lamps in my room was burned out. 6. No breakfast included.

    1. Friendly staff. 2. Great location by the river, lots of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. 3. The hotel rooms face a quiet street with almost no traffic. 4. The rooms were heated (end September-early October). 5. Neat and tidy. 6. The hotel information and photos on Booking.com are up-to-date. 7. Low price.

    Nothing.

The Zamek and the St. Bruno are actually one and the same hotel: the Zamek a bit older and budget, the St. Bruno new, more exclusive en expensive, but as a guest of the Zamek you enjoy all the benefits of St. Bruno as well: swimming pool et cetera. I loved the place and I must say hotel staff was really helpfull, polite and friendly.

Come on, make parking free of charge. You already lost many points here due to this strange policy. We left our car in a neighboring street.

Breakfast - it was superb. Also, great location and helpful staff. Having in mind that it is a 2-star hotel, the room was pretty nice.

    No hairdryer in the room.

You can use some services of the 4 stars hotel in the neibourhood for free (swimming pool). Very nice place.

Great internet access and spa facilities were not expected. The hotel was clean and quiet. The communal kitchen was very poorly stocked so only very basic meals can be cooked.
