There's no black curtains so the sun was waiking us up at 7 am every morning. The bed is not comfy, was making noises everytime you turn.

Overall it was a great stay. I liked The pool, the access to the beach, the parking, communication on how to check-in/check-out was also good.

The apartment is cute, comfortable, clean, quiet, fully equipped with dishes, towels (beach towels too), laundry machines (very convenient), few steps away from pool and beach, located in a good neighborhood, very close to a variety of restaurants, and not too far from Old San Juan. We actually walked to the Old Town - long walk, but doable, and pleasant. (Needed a Uber to return, though). Along with the pictures I shared it is also a picture of the bathroom. Reason why is that some sites list “detached” bathroom as not private. The bathroom is private, inside the studio, very nice and clean, and equipped with toiletries. Peter, the host, was very nice and helpful. All detailed and clear instructions were given promptly once we signed up online with a copy of our IDs (a safety precaution we are in full agreement with for his and our own benefits.)

The only thing I would suggest improving is the number of working outlets or maybe adding a couple of extension cord. But besides that minor detail, everything was great!

The location was great and the apartment was very cozy. Having a laundry machine definitely makes a difference!

Communication from booking to check out was incredible. So easy to check in. There were even beach towels and beach chairs. Location literally has a gate to beach access.

I am used to receiving messages via message on booking .com and if there is something I needed to know or do before hand, it was clearly provided instructions via message instead of an email hidden within millions of other emails. I read all the emails I got when I first booked. I have a contact information and address as well as what to expect when I get there. I was told to provide my arrival time and I read someone will be there at the property. Apparently, they sent another email and they expected me to click on a link to finish checking in, which I got to see when I was on the road. I tried to fill out but the link didn’t work. No one was there to let me in and I even called on WhatsApp per the email instructions but no response. I was standing around for 45 minutes before I figured everything out. They called few hours later and I asked if I got in. Instead of saying sorry for my inconvenience, I was blamed for not filling out the form they asked. I was going to let it go but I had one question regarding parking but once again I was blamed for not filling out the form and receive the rest of introduction.

Everything was perfect except the communication to get in.

Parking. I was placed at first in a tight spot with side of car exposed. Next morning I found someone had clipped my fender because of it. Host was able to re-assign spot after a brief text.

This was an excellent choice for my first ever visit to Puerto Rico. The private park, access to pool and beach was priceless. Lets not forget the mind blowing view especially as the sun arise in the morning. I highly recommend anyone who loves what my experience was to definitely book your stay ASAP. killed 4 small roaches in kitchen and one next to sofa. Hard to control in Puerto Rico but still freaked me out. The beach was beautiful but can be super dangerous rip tides. We mostly walked the beach and swam in the pool.

It had everything we needed for our trip, including a washer and dryer which was very useful especially in a place with beaches. The location of the property is very convenient, it’s right on Ashford avenue walking distance from a lot of restaurants, and a 15min drive from Old San Juan.

Such an awesome little place. Absolutely perfect for 2 people. The AC worked so so so good. The bathroom comes with a hair dryer which was a bonus. The kitchen was so cute and stocked with the necessities you’d need to cook for yourself, nice fridge and microwave. The bed was decent and had lots of pillows. Loved the location. The pool and ocean are right outside your door and lots of great places to eat right along the strip.
