A lot of rules in this condo. It says property is pet friendly, but you can’t go with your pet anywhere. Even to go outside on the street you should carry your dog on hands. We stay for a week (5 persons) and we had only 1 toilet paper and 2 trash bags.

Location is just great. Warm pool, great bbq area.

I didn’t like that there was only one key, we had to stay pretty much together the whole time. Also there was no information book inside the apartment, we didn’t know what to do with the trash. There was not enough toilet paper or trash bags for 7 ppl for 7 days! It would have been nice if there were a basketball or something so the facilities could be used. And laundry was $2.50 each with no change machine making it hard to wash..overall our stay was great and we would definitely rent it again, the host was very nice and got back within minutes when contacted!

I loved how it was on the strip to lots of stores and restaurants! Right on the beach and close to airport without all the noise. It was plenty of space for our family (besides the bathroom) and the view was amazing!

The property requires some updates, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. The decor is a bit excessive for groups with families. The air conditioner is quite loud, disturbing my kids’ sleep at night due to its rattling noise. Additionally, the curtains lack blackout functionality, allowing excessive light in the mornings, making it challenging to sleep in late. Furthermore, the washer and dryer in the unit (which is advertised as having) has been malfunctioning for an extended period of at least 2 years. Notably, there was no book providing information on essential details such as trash disposal, parking, on-site laundry services, and more.

The location was great, Isla Verde has many restaurants and night spots. The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for my family. Building staff were very helpful in providing information, also very warm and welcoming. The host was very patient and understand.

The electric went out 3 times within the 4 days I stayed there. Don’t know what caused it but definitely not weather related.

I loved the location. It was steps away from the beach and I was able to get a great view of the ocean from my balcony. It was everything I wanted.

The washer and dryer was broken,coffee maker was broken the air conditioner turn off on Thursday and Friday and we ran out of toilet paper.

THE VIEW from the balcony, I love the location. Host is great !!! We were all happy with our stay. Kitchen needs a little upgrade ;) and please remove some of the art, other than that everything was great . We loved it and will definitely be back.

2 things. 1) building was a little old and they are under construction so we were woken up by noise and 2)They had two doors to get through to the pool and beach, the one that remained unlocked was for single person and the other door was wider for strollers. I didn’t like that we had to ask security to open the wider door for the pool and beach to let the babies stroller through. on 1 occasion they denied us and we had to walk all the way around the building through the sand to get back inside

broken washer and dryer. no light blocking curtains, it was very bright all night. LOUD air conditioner in the bathroom connected for central AC. sounded like a jet taking off and knocking sounds all night. a few very smelly blankets. (they smelled like sweat) only one key fab made it tricky for a group. Erotic pics of women’s butts and breasts everywhere. on paintings and pillows, just be aware if children are staying here.

Property was filthy! Poop by the pool send pictures to the host and next day when we woke up the poop was still there. So we didn’t use at at all. Bathroom faucet was broken and water going everywhere and to make the experience even worse when I woke up in the middle of the night to drink some water the moment I hit the light switch. I was faced with the horror of cockroaches in the sink countertop and some on the floor after I send the video and pictures to a host, He responded with, I’m sorry I didn’t know! quotation: Safe travels!!! Unfortunately we woke our son up and ended up spending the rest of the night in our car.

There were so many things wrong with this property! Apartments were hard to find but none the less we were greeted by a homeless man blowing kisses at us. Then, to not find security to prompted was a huge mess. Finally, got into the place to only find it hot and smelling like mold and cigarettes. I have video of black mold on the ceilings so the smell was no surprise. Definitely not safe to breathe. Then, to have the place dirty. Floors felt sticky and sandy. The bedroom didn’t have a comforter. Just dirty sheets on an old dirty mattress. Curtains also had filth on them. Bathroom doesn’t have a properly working toilet nor a Working handle on the shower knob. (Just turns and shower doesn’t get hot). Throwing used toilet paper in the trash is nasty. Rust and mold throughout the bathroom. And oh don’t forget the old prison door with outdated keys and lock. This was absolutely a disappointment. I couldn’t stay here, and I had to check out. The property manager was not helpfully. It’s environmental not safe and they only offered to clean it. First of all, black mold requires remediation and a mere cleaning is not suffice. There was no way they could do the job without us leaving the apartment. They only refunded me half of the amount and I was out over $600.
