Nicely appointed with a good mix of vintage and modern. Margarita filled us in on the history of the house and the conversion to a bed and breakfast. Walking distance to the beach short and sweet. Outdoor bathroom with shower facilities available even after checkout.

This is a darling bed and breakfast, fairly priced, and only one block from the beach. It is safe and close to restaurants and a pharmacy.

It was clean but not super clean...

The access was easy, the property is small but with everything you could need. Our room was spacious, with a kitchenette and accessible bathroom. Breakfast is simple but delicious, with scrambled eggs, sausages and potatoes, coffee, sweets and some fruit. Close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. The owner was super friendly. She let us come back the day we finished our cruise to drop off our luggage for the day and even let us use the bathroom to shower. Made our trip easier. Thanks!

This was a fabulous find. A traditional Puerto Rican house. The set up was great, very relaxing with only 5 bedrooms. There is a nice shared sitting room which you can enjoy throughout your stay. Breakfast is served in a small dining room. Has all you need for breakfast with some nice warm options and plenty Ty of cereal fruit/ toast.

The fact we had to leave to come home!!!

We stayed with Margie twice , pre and post our recent cruise out of San Juan This lovely little B&B was a fabulous find, located in a residential area close to bars and restaurants and 1 block from the beach! It was so good I almost didn't want to write the review as I want it to be available for whenever we visit!!!!!! Margie and staff are all lovely and very accommodating. Arrival instructions were easy to follow Rooms were clean, and beds were very comfortable, during our 2 stays we had rooms 1, 2 and 4, each was slightly different but had all you needed. Usb charging points in bedside lamps was a bonus and something we haven't even had in some high end hotels!! Breakfast was way more than what was expected, selection of cereals, fruits, juices, hot items and toast. Tea and coffee were always available along with iced water. Having beach chairs available to use, along with other items, was a great bonus for us! This will definitely be our go to place to stay every time we are in San Juan!

I didn't receive the welcome text that had the instructions on how to get in to our room. A quick call, and we had it within minutes.

A short drive from the cruise port and very close to the airport as well. Only a block away from the beach and has lots of restaurant options nearby. Our room was very spacious, and super clean.

Casa Isabel is a real find. The proof was evident when we arrived to find other guests who visit yearly. Margie was a fountain of information and an enjoyable host every day. The continental breakfast was very good and more than adequate to fuel your day. I would stay there again if I return to San Juan.

The property was within walking distance to the beach. The owner and staff were very nice. We were able to park our car in the enclosed driveway and were permitted to even keep it there a few hours after checking out.

Information white-board in hallway needs updated & better informed for incoming guests (didn't notice it until 2nd day). Had great info that I wish I noticed sooner.

An ancestral home converted to B&B with good sized rooms, a great breakfast spread, and a lovely hostess, The home is conveniently located half a block from the beach, close to delicious restaurants and lively cocktail lounges. Excellent security features enable 24hour access and gracious accommodation. Well stocked for beach towels and other necessities were easily available.
