I didn’t like the hotel rooms. They are outdated and two roaches were in the room.

I loved the amenities especially the free drinks and the hot tub.

The breakfast could be upgraded by simply adding fresh pineapple and papaya, as well as plain yogurt with no artificial/ poisonous sweeteners. The hotel needs an upgrade: clean the balconies below the rooms. There was a dead pigeon, old bathing suits on the balcony below our room. The carpets looked old. The bathroom had rust and peeling paint. The tub did not drain properly. I got bites in the King bed of room 2318 at my Dorado Embassy Hilton stay. That bed very likely has bed bugs. I am worried about bed bugs in my luggage now. Finally, I encourage less use of plastic ware in general. Try compostable products instead and provide recycle bins please.

The location, private hotel beach, neighborhood supermarket, restaurants and local beaches were great.

The pool is not heated. No one under the age of 18 allowed in the hut tub even with an adult. Line for happy hour to get free drinks was was usually ~20 minutes unless you got there right at 5:30. Pool lounge chairs were filled by 10:00 so get out there early!!

Breakfast was great. Made to order omelets, sausage, potatoes, French toast were staples for breakfast. Only one day did they bring out fresh cut fruit like pineapple and melons. Wish we could of had more of that. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Room was clean along with the rest of the hotel. The pool is not heated. it had been overcast and rainy for several days before we arrived so the pool was pretty chilly but warmed up after a few days in the sun. Never really warm but tolerable. No one under 18 is allowed in the hot tub even if accompanied by an adult which was a bummer because of the cold pool. It was only really enforced on weekends when security was around but prepare for the kids to get the boot!

The 20$ refill cups need to have a station setup positioned at the front desk so that it can be accessed all the time

I really appreciate how they handled a situation that I had with me and my daughter’s steak dinner’s they care about the customers and like to see them happy and satisfied

breakfast was very basic.

The pool was a very nice place to relax. The pool also has a menu with food different from the restaurant inside . The hotel gives you a casino credit to play at the casino on the property. The casino is a nice place to go even if your not a gambler. Not too far from the hotel, the casino is a short walk around the corner.

Very unnecessarily cold. I froze throughout the property. The beach was dirty, it needs some cleaning.

More variety of food, for dining. The prices increased 30% from the date I made the reservation, is not justified. More alternatives from entertainment for those than no play golf or tennis.

Breakfast is good. Good variety and well prepared. The Pool is good, no much improvement from last time. Room is acceptable condition, no major issues observed. Staff very responsive to request. I liked the Predator Gaming room, it was great.

Although they say they are a pet friendly facility, I couldn't be with my small dog almost anywhere in the Hotel. Room service is served only from 5pm and the pantry kept closed all the time.

Workout room didn't have cups for water available. Our handle on the bathroom broke (but was fixed quickly). The TV in our bedroom shorted out (also fixed quickly). The couch sofa was usable, but it was broken and slanted. It just needs to be updated. It would be nice if they scraped the seaweed off the beach too.

Amazing breakfast! Beautiful lobby! Loved being right on the beach. Grateful for a workout room and awesome breakfast. Super nice staff at every encounter!

The room was surface cleaned but very dusty. We would start coughing every time we were in the room. Curtains need cleaning and the rug and air conditioner smelled musky when it wasn't super cold.

The staff is supper friendly. The facilities are fantastic. The climate was incredible. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable.

The rooms are extremely outdated. Mattresses very uncomfortable. If you get too close to edge, you can fall off. Bathrooms rusty and old. Very disappointed with dinner menu and taste of the foods.Definitely not puertorrican worthy.

Breakfast options were excellent. Staff very courteous and helpful. Pool and beach front were great. Gym and equipment were fabulous.

The room was very dated and didn't seem to match the beautiful grounds. I was disappointed when I walked in and further let down as it smelled damp and moldy.

The staff was professional, accommodating, and friendly. The pool is impressive and it had beach access. The lobby area was nice. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The property itself was great.

I love coffee and there were very limited options for coffee. Basically coffee milk and sugar. There is a store but did not open until after breakfast

The property was perfect for a family. The beach had chairs ready to relax and the pool was very nice. The pool however gets crowded on the weekends. The breakfast was good and the omelets were delicious. Amenities were convenient and food options are close by.
