The parking is 27$ per night, and you need to make sure that they don’t charge it for your whole stay (they did to us and we had to claim it).

The pool is great and the hotel is very close to the beach. It is also next to a 24h large supermarket and 5 min away from the airport by car so the location is pretty good. The breakfast buffet is included as well as a complimentary happy hour drink and snacks.

The beds were very small and uncomfortable, especially for a couple with children since they only have rooms with double beds. The sofa bed sunk in the middle. The breakfast was good but I felt there could have been more variety of fruits daily and breakfast cream instead of just one.

The location was great, not far from everything and near the express way. The lobby was nice and always vibrant. The pool was a great size. The service was also good.

The hotel was very nice and it had everything you needed including a casino on site or things like the beach within walking distance. The breakfast was great, there was an omelette station and also a set up with pancakes and sausage. For lunch there are two restaurants onsite or you can walk a block and there are other fast food eateries for a not so fancy meal. Lastly, the room was as described! The check in process had a long line and only two people were checking in. Took about 35 mins to get check in. The front desk should also mention parking to us while you are checking in so we don’t have to go back in line for the parking pass.

The area of the hotel is close to the beach. I like how all the staff are very welcoming. The section they have for the hotel stayer on the beach is not too far. A lot of little shops near by the hotel. The breakfast was yummy!! I like the free drinks every evening with snacks. Over all one great experience

Our two bed room was overbooked and were assigned another room with a king bed. The microwave was not connected and the outlets near it did not work properly. We were given discounts because of that.

I love Embassy Suites. It is my place to stay near San Juan; We have stayed there first with our young children and now as a senior couple. It has a beautiful big lobby, see through elevators, excellent restaurants. We enjoyed our abundant and varied free breakfast and free drinks at happy hour. The people that worked there were friendly and made our stay more enjoyable.

The live music at the casino was only to attract people to play because we could not seat to enjoy the music.

Great lobby, 2 free drinks and snacks at happy hour , free hot and abundant breakfast with many varieties of food, two excellent restaurants, live music at the casino, a bar and hot food near the pool, and coffee shop. The suite is big, comfortable, two rooms, two tvs. It has an excellent location near the beach and shops.

Pressure washing the facilities while we were at the pool.

My jean jacket was taken from my closet. It had been hanging up the entire time I was there as I didn't need it due to the hot weather. Upon checkout, only the dress I had hanging up was there. No Jean jacket. Asked housekeeping but they said they did not have it.

The breakfast buffet and made-to-order omelet station, the proximity to the beach, the happy hour from 5-7, the in-house casino, the bar/restaurant, a separate bedroom from the living area, comfortable bed.
