Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

I wouldn't recommend walking around the hotel when it gets dark. It is far from everything except the airport. If you book through booking you need to keep in mind that you will have to pay extra at the hotel due to the turistic fees (which are not adviced when booking) plus a retainer for any room damages.
The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Close to the airport and the beach.

What I liked about the property is that there’s staff 24/4 and there’s a store where you can get snacks and other personal items.

I did not like the TV interruption. I do not know if it was a connection issue. However, the front desk was willing to do everything to help

Having to walk to the beach 😂 but just because we were in lazy mode.
From the moment you walked in the staff, was attentive, welcoming and respectful. The facility felt and it was clean. The housekeeper and maintenance crew were very polite and accommodating to our request. The good morning smiles, how are you doing today made our day. The Happy hour was great to have. Also, the beach chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach.

The only thing they could upgrade is the mattress and pillows.
The place was great, breakfasts were delicious and we loved the happy hour and snacks. We also loved the staff and the poolside grill.

The coffee is not that good. Way to strong.
Close to everything, easy access, to the airport.and staff is always friendly, room was clean, love they have a laundry room. It would be nice if there was some kind of extractor so it does not get so hot in there while waiting on your clothes. We always stay here when we visit family.

Breakfast hasn’t been good the Past three years. Prior to that, it’s always been exceptional. Hot tub didn’t have here and water was cool to warm. Typically hot tub is much better

I can honestly say the only downside was that there wasn’t any diet Mountain Dew - that was the only complaint from my mom!
It had a happy hour with a snack and free drinks! I loved that! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! The swim up bar was clean and fun! It was an amazing time! It wasn’t too far from the beach and casino too. I cant wait to come back!

I thought i booked a room with a living space...only to realise despite it saying double room...its really a single room with 2 beds ...4x6...and not queen... so either wouldve sufficed..like the addtnl space... or 2 queen beds...same room.. But.. does mot subtract from the overall wobderful time.
Breakfast was par excellence...no issues at all...our stay was thoroughly enjoyable...great hotel..great room.. great service...great location...beach and car rental is across the street... . Coffee was to the moon and back...and in between one of the stars was happy hour. Blessings...

The bed was quite firm and the pillows were flimsy (filled with feather-like material that easily went flat)
