I stayed in the standard King room. I thought it was small and outdated. I was not a fan of my room, but the beautiful balcony and view made up for it. They do however have upgraded suites which I would highly recommend.

The service and the staff were phenomenal. Everyone was very helpful and very attentive. The facilities were clean and well decorated. This resort had multiple bars, pools, and restaurants with beautiful views and relaxing scenery.

The humidity in the room was annoying even with the air conditioner on. The refrigerator was not very cold. The elevator doors closed extremely quick and I was caught in the door and had to stop it very quickly and it bruised my arm. Maybe a sign in the elevator would warn guests about how fast the doors close would be a good idea.

The views of the beach, the pools were immaculate, the staff was very helpful and professional. The food at all restaurants and coffee shop was delicious. Yoga on the beach was fun and very relaxing. This resort is amazing 😊

I didn’t like that they didn’t have a store on the property you had to go out of the way to cvs or Walgreens to get water or whatever you needed .

I I love that it was on the beach also not far from the airport and close to the mall and restaurants.

Starting to need a few renovation/maintenance works. But again, Hotel is really good and this is only a suggestion, not a complaint! ☺️

Really good location! Hotel is really nice and as everything inside that is needed. We were visiting the island and didn't get to try everything out but still had a look around.

I stongly suggest you dont leave your bar tab open at the lobby bar as the bartenders seem to add drinks to your tab for there loical friends. To make matters worse once we complained, the bar manager disregarded our complaint and made a big joke out of it. It seemed to me that the bar manager (Jessica) is aware and condones this behavior.

Hotel is at an ideal spot, within walking distance to bar, food and entertainment. It has a nice beach with plenty of hotel provided chairs and umbrellas. It had two pools on both street and beach side to enjoy the sun all day and the staff was very accomadating. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was ok not much of an option. However, everything else was great ! We were nervous from some of the negative reviews but La Concha exceeded our expectations. We stayed on the 11th floor ocean view, STUNNING view. The room was spacious and clean. I will be staying here again

Its a little pricey!!!! $61 for 2 drinks at the bar !!! $40 a peace for the breakfast buffet. Walk to the CVS and buy your liquor!!

The location and view of the beach was excellent, We had the “Ocean Front Balcony View” Room and to wake up in the am with that view with the soothing sound of the water……. ITS WORTH THE PRICE !!

There was an issue with the shower faucet and we asked for it to be repaired but it wasn’t fixed during our stay! Parking was convenient but it was hard to find a spot on weekend!

Location was great. Private beach, staff, facilities, and views were all great. We asked for a late checkout and they accepted it which was really nice!
