Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The ACU is right beside the bed and makes a lot of noise. It is hard to fall asleep unless you tire yourself walking all day in SJU. The temperature inside the room is cold but the blanket heats you up. I wake up sweating. I turn up the ACU and it becomes warmer with the blanket. I turn it down you'll need more of the blanket and end up feeling hot still. I haven't tried switching off the ACU so IDK if that is the solution or it will be too hot inside the room. I am the type who can't sleep without a blanket strangely enough. There is no free bottled water inside the fridge. Idk what's the point of having a refrigerator unit inside the room if there are no complimentary drinks provided, at minimum free bottled water. I had to buy outside and bring mineral water bottles inside my room to last me for a week's stay. You have to go down the gym to get water with a plastic cup every time you feel thirsty since I do not have my own container I cannot collect enough water to have it readily available for me in my room and when I go out.
The room is kept clean and the bed is very comfortable. The washroom is well equipped however small.

The beds were not as comfortable as anticipated.
Perfect location, they had extra toiletries if you forget a toothbrush or razor and the staff is kind.

The showers! You get soaked with cold water trying to turn them on since only one door opens. They work fine and have decent pressure and all that but be prepared for a cold splash getting in every time!
The front desk staff was exceptional. Christian especially but also another woman (I cannot remember her name, shoulder-length curly hair, glasses, excellent English) were both amazing. You couldn't ask for better representation than these two. They deserve some comp time or a raise or something. We came with an athletic team and our teammates were staying at several different hotels in the area. Ours was by far the most attentive and personable. Will stay here again!

Construction on stairwell outside room but did not interrupt sleep time.
Convenient to check in and out. Valet had car ready before we had even asked.

No hot water, only warm and some days it wasn’t even warm. The room was nice and updated but don’t look too carefully or you’ll see the imperfections.
Location was great. Walkable to beach and many restaurants. Also a nice surprise that the hotel has complimentary beach chairs.

The room felt slightly small. The shower can be lukewarm at times.

The entrance to our room door were constrictive . Apparently our room was next to a busy entrance , because we heard the doors slamming all night. Although we knew that we were in a busy area , the parking to the hotel was nightmare(no parking for guest) $25.00 dollar a day valet parking( PUBLIC PARKING) was the only thing available .
The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.

Small rooms, and Fire alarm went off a few times in the middle of the night. Walls are a bit thin, and you can hear everything that your neighbors do
Perfect for a budget minded trip. We decided last minute to get away for a few days. The hotel was a good decision. Free breakfast was decent, and ubers to old san juan and the airport are really cheap

Very Small elevators and only 2 of them, I realize the building is concrete therefore the options are limited for expansion.

Didn't feel entirely safe walking the streets. Restaurants are overpriced for the quality of food you receive.The cleaning staff very noisy throughout the day.
Room was comfortable and clean. Walking distance to the beach although you have to walk an extra 200 yards to reach the hotel beach chairs area. A full free breakfast served at 6AM. Check in staff attentive, friendly and helpful.
