Very few outlets and no hot water in the shower

After flushing the toilet, it ran all night and wouldn't stop. Was about 22 minutes from the airport in the hills, did not realize that it was so far. You will need to add $50 for transport from the hotel to the property in addition to the cost of the hotel. They advertised 1 price online for the motel to make you think that it was reasonable in comparison to other nearby hotels. However, this motel had added hidden costs. Because it was late at night, I did not bother to walk away.

The room temperature was very good. It was ok but not somewhere that I would want to stay again.

The roads in the area are narrow and have many curves. The water in the spa was cold.

The swimming pool was nice and clean, the buildings were very pretty, and you could hear a lot of birds and coquis, (little native frogs). The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The water in the shower never got hot. It did get warm, but wasn't the best experience. It was a bit noisy in the mornings, but it was noise outside of the hotel, so not their fault. Loved the lights in the headboard.

The room was large with three queen beds and bunk beds. It was clean and even being an older hotel, it was kept nice. The AC units kept the room cool, however, they were over two of the beds which made the third bed not as cool but freezing the people in the two beds.

Traffic was noisy all night and especially in the morning - lots of big trucks on the major road behind the hotel.There was some loud music but it died down after 10.

The room (one queen bed, 2nd floor) was small but comfortable for one night. The bed was comfortable and the a/c was on when we arrived (a major plus!). The staff was super nice, even making breakfast for us when the restaurant was technically closed. The pool was refreshing after a long travel day and big enough to get a few strokes.

Wish we would have had time for the pool and the hot tub. They looked inviting. We got in late from the SW part of the island and left at 5 AM to get to the airport.

Nothing happened but they should have some kind of security at night

Clean comfortable the staff were very friendly and helpful. Giselle was a big help in checking us in and made our stay pleasant. Noel was also helpful . It is quite and easy to drive to a plaza nearby.

Big drawback was the lack of an elevator. Hard for me to climb stairs to the third floor, especially with suitcases. Also the restaurant was out of several things we wanted to order, and a little high priced. We went elsewhere to eat

Location was great. Not too far from the airport. Quiet surroundings. Nice beds and clean room. Bathroom was very clean and plenty of towels. Enjoyed watching the birds in the tree right outside our door.

Restaurant on-site not open due o "a situation". No coffee maker in the room. No desk or place to do minimal work.

Room is large enough, very clean. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Many birds in the area. Staff was very helpful.

One of the guests decided it was a good idea to pace on the balcony right in front of our room while talking loudly on his cell phone after midnight. Management apparently doesn't enforce quiet hours.

It was a very nice, comfortable hotel with a clean, refreshing pool. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Rooms a bit small. Bed felt like it was a Full and not a queen size. Only one set of sheets for both persons. No spare and or additional sheets and blankets.

I didnt like there is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. It didn't seem like they had any customers but us but the receptionist state there was no rooms on the 1st or 2nd floor and we had to struggle with our luggage up to the 3rd floor.

I like the availability of the Inn. They had availability so late and at the last minute.. it's far away from the city. It's kinda country and it's a long drive. But I didn't mind it..
