Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NorwayGuests do depend on having a car because: 1. There is no infrastructure at the resort after 19h: No restaurants, no grosery shops near-by. 2. The closest bus stop is more than 2 Km away. Which is too much to be performed with luggage and small kids under the intense sun of the checkout time.
The staff was supportive.

Czech RepublicThis place is like an amusement park from the sixties..... lot of rubbish around, such as plastic bottles and coffee cups. A little investment would be needed to give the place its previous shine again. We were looking forward to jump into the pool (that is why I chose the place). However, there was no water at all... and the breakfast is extremely overpriced.
There was all we needed for one night stay. There is a fridge in a room, TV and you get towels. Not bad for a short stay.

FranceSome building details in the room. There was not separation betwin the toilet and the shower so it was always wet.
It was very close to the dead sea. It is practical to go back to your room to have a shower after the salty bath. It was also very quiet to relax.

United States of AmericaThe best word to describe this property is "funky." It seems like a bolt out of the 40s or 50s, with lots of fiberglass statues of pop media figures from Elvis and John Wayne to Snow White and Alice in Wonderland scattered around the property. The buildings closest to the water are shaped like large igloos with funky exterior decorations. Everything looked old and outdated, but not dirty. Check out the photos onine before booking; some people will love it and others will not. The Dead Sea is visible from the site, but reaching the beach requires a rather long walk down a hill, and we were too tired to attempt it, so I can't comment on the beach. Our rooms were in a more traditional cabin-like area farther from the water.
The property is located five minutes down the hilll from Qumran, making it very convenient for an early morning or late day visit to the site. The manager was very helpful after we arrived a day late due to a problem with our rental car--he agreed to apply our payment to the later visit rather than penalizing us for missing our scheduled date. He also helped us with our questions and even got the kitchen staff to make us dinner after we missed the closing time. The food (Moroccan influence) was excellent! The rooms were VERY small, but well furnished and functional (though they needed more electrical outlets). A small store on the premises offered convenience store items for sale.

United States of AmericaThe pillows were not comfortable, the rooms are far from the beach and a long walk is needed (when you want to walk with water bottles, towels, cooler with food and the like - it is very heavy and uncomfortable. It is possible to book a shuttle for 30 NIS, but the whole idea is accommodation near the beach, so... ), the beach quite neglected, prices in the grocery store were very high (almost twice as high as in the supermarket). The price of the stay is higher than the value.
The room was fine (Moroccan design), the beds were comfortable, there was a kettle for boiling water and a small fridge, the shower was clean

RomaniaTwo towels for two people in each room. There was no toilet paper but as soon as we asked they gave us more of both. The wind was very strong in the evening so it was difficult to be able to eat outside, we had to go inside the room. We didn’t have a kitchen in the room so we had to wash our pots and utensils in the camping area. In the evening the machine that sells cold water wasn’t working so we drank tap water. The cooler (water fountain) wasn’t working either.
The beach, the pool, the service, the atmosphere

IsraelFound the bathroom required a little updating - sink was a little dirty and backed up. The bathroom overall was clean but tub and around certain area's could have used some caulking. Upon arrival where not informed of when breakfast was - so it was closing when I went. The area around the beach could use a good clean-up as well. Found it to be a little pricey -especially after the taxes.
The facility was great location. Found the staff very friendly pool area very clean. Loved the "whimsical" theme, of the "animals' and people around. The Moroccan theme was great and plenty of area's to lounge around. Took a one ro0m suite and was plenty or room, beds very comfortable

IsraelHello people Biankini Village Resort/Booking: First and last time I visit this place. Terrible looking host manager/owner at the check in table. We paid for a double bed room, and got two single beds in one,,,, terrible for sleeping, etc. No body soup in the room. Awful room service. No restaurant/food service at the entry day. No Hebrew/English speaker in the restaurant's staff. I cannot understand how Booking includes this kind of places for vacationing people.
