Guests do depend on having a car because: 1. There is no infrastructure at the resort after 19h: No restaurants, no grosery shops near-by. 2. The closest bus stop is more than 2 Km away. Which is too much to be performed with luggage and small kids under the intense sun of the checkout time.

    The staff was supportive.

This place is like an amusement park from the sixties..... lot of rubbish around, such as plastic bottles and coffee cups. A little investment would be needed to give the place its previous shine again. We were looking forward to jump into the pool (that is why I chose the place). However, there was no water at all... and the breakfast is extremely overpriced.

There was all we needed for one night stay. There is a fridge in a room, TV and you get towels. Not bad for a short stay.

Some building details in the room. There was not separation betwin the toilet and the shower so it was always wet.

It was very close to the dead sea. It is practical to go back to your room to have a shower after the salty bath. It was also very quiet to relax.

the bathroom was not fixed. they did not want to give us breakfast because there were not enough tourists. But then when you have to pay like 70 shekel for person, they gave us breakfast. would not say it was the best. the restaurant for dinner closed pretty early again because there were not enough tourists

clean and quiet place, has AC, has swimming pool and pool for babies. close to Dead Sea

Funky place to stay just down the hill from Qumran
    • Leisure trip
    • Couple
    • Economy Single Room
    • Stayed 1 night

The best word to describe this property is "funky." It seems like a bolt out of the 40s or 50s, with lots of fiberglass statues of pop media figures from Elvis and John Wayne to Snow White and Alice in Wonderland scattered around the property. The buildings closest to the water are shaped like large igloos with funky exterior decorations. Everything looked old and outdated, but not dirty. Check out the photos onine before booking; some people will love it and others will not. The Dead Sea is visible from the site, but reaching the beach requires a rather long walk down a hill, and we were too tired to attempt it, so I can't comment on the beach. Our rooms were in a more traditional cabin-like area farther from the water.

The property is located five minutes down the hilll from Qumran, making it very convenient for an early morning or late day visit to the site. The manager was very helpful after we arrived a day late due to a problem with our rental car--he agreed to apply our payment to the later visit rather than penalizing us for missing our scheduled date. He also helped us with our questions and even got the kitchen staff to make us dinner after we missed the closing time. The food (Moroccan influence) was excellent! The rooms were VERY small, but well furnished and functional (though they needed more electrical outlets). A small store on the premises offered convenience store items for sale.

A nice place to lay your head for the night, with no further expectations
    • Leisure trip
    • Family with young children
    • Economy Single Room
    • Stayed 2 nights

The pillows were not comfortable, the rooms are far from the beach and a long walk is needed (when you want to walk with water bottles, towels, cooler with food and the like - it is very heavy and uncomfortable. It is possible to book a shuttle for 30 NIS, but the whole idea is accommodation near the beach, so... ), the beach quite neglected, prices in the grocery store were very high (almost twice as high as in the supermarket). The price of the stay is higher than the value.

The room was fine (Moroccan design), the beds were comfortable, there was a kettle for boiling water and a small fridge, the shower was clean

Two towels for two people in each room. There was no toilet paper but as soon as we asked they gave us more of both. The wind was very strong in the evening so it was difficult to be able to eat outside, we had to go inside the room. We didn’t have a kitchen in the room so we had to wash our pots and utensils in the camping area. In the evening the machine that sells cold water wasn’t working so we drank tap water. The cooler (water fountain) wasn’t working either.

The beach, the pool, the service, the atmosphere

No mirror and place for washing the face and cleaning the teeth in the bath. room. No light for reading. The place around the room was dirty and they began cleanig it only after 2phone calls. Generally the staff does not clean and work well and the place is rather neglected. No desire to come back again. The beach looks very bad.The prices at the minimarket are shameful.

The place for barbecue at the pool territory.

Found the bathroom required a little updating - sink was a little dirty and backed up. The bathroom overall was clean but tub and around certain area's could have used some caulking. Upon arrival where not informed of when breakfast was - so it was closing when I went. The area around the beach could use a good clean-up as well. Found it to be a little pricey -especially after the taxes.

The facility was great location. Found the staff very friendly pool area very clean. Loved the "whimsical" theme, of the "animals' and people around. The Moroccan theme was great and plenty of area's to lounge around. Took a one ro0m suite and was plenty or room, beds very comfortable

No electricity one out of two days, which means surviving at 40 C without air conditioning, fridge, light and other facilities, there are no generators for such cases. The beach is dirty and uncleaned, lots of people in the weekends which leave everithyng dirty after them. Far from the civilized hotels area.

The staff reacted promtly to our requests. Quality of watter in the dead sea.

Hello people Biankini Village Resort/Booking: First and last time I visit this place. Terrible looking host manager/owner at the check in table. We paid for a double bed room, and got two single beds in one,,,, terrible for sleeping, etc. No body soup in the room. Awful room service. No restaurant/food service at the entry day. No Hebrew/English speaker in the restaurant's staff. I cannot understand how Booking includes this kind of places for vacationing people.
