We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomAs I travelled with a baby in a pram, the steps to the apartment were a bit of a struggle. Also, in the evening the road was very busy and it wasn't easy to find a parking space.
The apartment was very well equipped. It was spacious and comfortable. Although I didn't meet the staff, due to a late check in, I can say they are very friendly and helpful and they responded very promptly to my messages.

CanadaAt first, there was no soap for the dishwasher nor a rack for washing dishes by hand, but out hosts brought us some the second day.
We liked the privacy and space. It was nicely decorated and new, the beds and couch were cozy, and it was nice being close to everything we wanted to see in Lisbon without being in the city. If you have a car like we.did, the street parking is free, but it can be difficult to find a spot.

FinlandWhen we arrived Edgar was there waiting for us as agreed. He was super polite and helpful; good tips for restaurants nearby, nearest tram station and ferry ect. The area is very hilly so take pair of sneakers with you :)
