Breakfast was mediocre. Not much choice, just the usual tasteless cheese and ham. croissants were OK. I suspect that the orange juice was cordial, not fresh pressed.

Just a run of the mill three star hotel, possibly 3.5 star

Some breakfast items ran out early and kitchen staff unwilling to replenish - but Reception staff often stepped in to help. Poor lighting in room and bathroom.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable, excellent breakfast, room with balcony very comfortable.

The hotel is a little outdated, carpet was loose, wall needs paint, one bed made very much noise. And bed sheets plastic and made noise. Bigger rooms have no sea view.

The location of the hotel is very nice, near the waterline. Very nice and helpful staff. Room was clean.

It's is quite shabby and outdated, but good for its price (50€/night).

Close to the Freeport. There are so cold renovated rooms and the rooms that are to be restored. You should better ask for the first one.

    Nope. You got me there!

The location, for access to major wildlife reserves, was perfect. The room was very adequate indeed, breakfast beats most American chains by a country mile and the staff on Reception were the best. The Best.

Not much to do in the neighbourhood. I would not stay here without a car.

Comfortable room. Easy and free parking. Short drive from Lisbon airport, just across the magnificent Vasco da Gama bridge, as I arrived on a late flight and needed a bed before I continued further south. Nice views from the riverside.

Rooms need some basic repairs (eg light switches loose, bathroom tiling grubby), and renovation. Hotel was advertised as having access to a swimming pool. This was not available. Nearby Quinta Da Praia Das Fontes does not advertise having a pool, yet it has a very attractive pool. If you want a pool then book that hotel instead of Alfoz.
