Would be nice to have a good cappuccino or americano for breakfast. There is a personalised card with your name waiting for you at the room - which is a very nice gesture, but mine had a wrong name written on a used paper. :)

The location is top, the view is beautiful. The staff is very friendly.

There was one man on reception who was a little rude to us. I've no idea why - we just assumed he was German as he was nice to all of our German friends, just not us. Oh well.

Good breakfast selection. Exceptionally clean hotel. Great restaurant on the roof with fantastic views over the beach. Staff great. The detergent used on bedding and towels smells amazing and the extractor fans are near to the entrance, it smells lovely as you are walking up to the place!

A comfortable hotel in an excellent location. It's close to the city and the beach. The room is small but comfortable, very clean. A major plus for me was the availability of parking and a pool (a swim cap is required for the pool and can be purchased at the reception). The hotel is situated in a quiet area, yet it's only a 5-minute walk to the bustling center of Albufeira with its lively bars and restaurants. There is also a restaurant and a terrace with a fantastic ocean view. The breakfast is very good, but if you have it late, you might have to wait as there may not be seating available in the restaurant.

It’s a beautiful hotel, great location with easy access to the old town and beach. Very good breakfast and evening meal menu. The staff are very nice, helpful and polite. The guy on reception is extremely efficient.

The bedroom was good but not updated for electronics; only one place to charge our phones. Tv was a bit small but no one comes to such a beautiful place to watch tv anyways

Location, cleanliness, staff. Restaurant was surprisingly good. Amazing views. Comfortable beds and linens, spotless. Direct beach access, plenty of beach clubs. Breakfast was included and very good, plenty of options and good quality fruits, etc.

Our room had no balcony which we didn’t know at the time of booking. We did ask to change but we were going to have to pay an extra 60 euro per night. You also had to pay extra to use the room safe. It wasn’t expensive but should be included in the price.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant area had a lovely balcony with seats overlooking the beach. The hotel was only a ten minute walk from the old town where we spent most of our time. It was full of restaurants and bars with live music on at night time.

I have stayed at few hotels in Albufeira. This was one of the best stays and experiences ever. A beautiful hotel, Staff was very hospitable. Breakfast buffet really nice lots of choices. Great service. Will be going back.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay in. The location is key and convenient to the beach. We had sea view rooms which made our experience even more special. Waking up to see the beach literally on your doorstep was amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel was great all staff very friendly and helpful. I can't fault any aspect of the hotel. Definitely will book again and would recommend!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and nice breakfast. We stayed in room 212 and it had a really nice beach view and looked out towards old town. Liked it so much we stayed an extra night and wished we could have stayed longer.
