Wifi worked not really good in the room (4th floor), however you can connect easily from the lobby bar. Lobby bar/caffe didn't work in the evening. But, you can rely on the closest two restaurants which are just 50m from the Hotel.

Quite good breakfast with lot of options. The room on the last floor has a very nice terrace with perfect view on all square + casino. Not much noise at night. Hotel provides you with free parking places right in front of the entrance.

The fact that the breakfast smell could be felt on the upper floors. And would be great if the hotel gets a bit of refurb soon. The bathtub was blocked and the tiles not properly sealed.

    - awful WiFi - very old hotel, everything is outdated and old - poor breakfast: eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread, some fruits, - bad coffee - in the evening all streets will be full of cars - hotel is located opposite the casino but in the morning everyone go home)

    - close to the ocean - close to the Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, beaches - balcony in every room - ocean view from our balcony, well, you’ll see very small line of ocean, but anyway - free parking, enough places to park your car - you can get to the Estoril by train - good seafood restaurant near

Bit faded, hence the price. Noise of elevator all night. Avoid any room 108, 208, 308, 408. I had earplugs as never travel anywhere without them, but be warned....

The noise and lights from the casino. Fireworks at 12 o clock no warning from hotel. Very few nice restaurants that weren't overpriced. If you want to have a nice place cascais only twenty min walk or train every 15 min.Estoril was very quiet during the day but plenty of cars as soon as casino opens.it just wasn't for us.

The staff in reception were very good.

Room was very noisy as the wardrobes have sliding doors that some guests choose to slam all night!!!! A good improvement, would be to put soft closing doors on the wardrobes and drawers. The breakfast was very limited and the same thing everyday which became very unappetising after a few days so maybe some variety would be nice such as some boiled eggs one day, different pastries and some fruit cake

A good location, a large balcony and good size room. Fridges have been added to the rooms this year which is a big improvement.

When we checked in we mentioned walkin to the beach. The staff did not mention that there is only one way to get to the beach. FYI go to the bottom of the street that the hotel is on, and at look for the stairs by the train station.

The only elevator from the hotel got broken for almost 48hours and I was on the 3rd floor. I had heavy lugage and it is unnaceptable that they took so long to solve it. They should improve the contract with OTIS elevator. It was very unpleasant. The hotel should have placed a warning on the elevator saying sorry. This was the minimum they could have done. The noise from the doors from other rooms disturbs a lot. People don't close the door gently and makes a lot of noise. The hotel should put something (like rubber band) in the doors to prevent this.

The hotel is very well located just in front of the casino. The noise from outside does not disturb, good isolation from the windows.

This time I got room 101 which has a bathroom a little small. In other occasions I got much bigger bathroom in different rooms of this same hotel. The TV is a little small for the size of the room. To watch TV while in bed it is a bit far.

Parking spaces on the street in front of the hotel reserved for hotel guests. Some more parking lots for guests in the car park besides the hotel. Just 150 meters from Casio Estoril, which is very convenient. It is not the first time I've been in this hotel, rooms are quite spacious and also have balcony/verandas. Staff people at the recepcion are very cooperative and helpful. (In particular, 'Miguel')
