Teresa at the front desk was nice and everything was very nice. We had the breakfast room to ourselves and the breakfast selection was great. The room was large, comfy, clean. It was walking distance to casino too which was great. The style of the lobby and terrace was nice.

The hotel was quite run down ,no coffee facilities or even complimentary water in the rooms. The pool area was grubby and I was surprised that this was rated as a 4 star hotel

Some of the morning staff are quite noisy and we got woken up several mornings, which was a little disappointing since the hotel is generally very quiet. There is no bar or beverage service during the day time, which would have been a plus.

Breakfast was fresh with a good selection of options ranging from eggs and bacon to continental meats and cheese. We loved the room and the sea view. The hotel is quiet and well kept and the housekeeping staff do a very thorough job each day. The hotel is walking distance from the beach and about 30mins walk from Cascais. The location is great! The pool and lounge area is small but very quiet and well kept. We spent two days by the pool and had no problems getting sun beds. The hotel also provides complementary towels for the pool area each day. There is ample free parking. Again, we had no problems getting a parking space each day.

was a little quiet at the pool. a little music would’ve been nice. reception could be signed a little more clearly. also there is no bar.however we were able to buy drinks from reception. we wouldn’t have know this only for another couple of guests staying there told us.

Very poor at times non exsistent wifi. Had to sit on my hotspot. Very thin walls and you can hear through. No extras like keddle in the room, bathrobs. The furnitures is a bit worn out. The staff at reception didn’t give a proper intro.

Very clean room and facilities. The breakfast are is lovely overlooking at the pool where to enjoy cup of coffee. Free parking.

Room didn't contain tea or coffee facilities but did have an (empty) fridge. The staff were so helpful in getting tea or coffee when ever i asked ( even late at night). I just wish I didn't have too. Breakfast was good but not a large selection. For example there was eggs and bacon but no other fry up option available.

We were two colleagues here for a conference. The staff were friendly and so helpful. Room had sea view with twin beds. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to beach and venue.

The Wi-Fi was a little weak.

The staff are nice and friendly, very helpful indeed. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfy. The location is good and the surrounding environment is nice and quiet. The beaches and some shops are within walking distance. I highly recommend this gorgeous hotel.

The kitchen units needed a bit of attention and it would have been good to have a toaster but these are minor points.

The location and setting of this hotel were super, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was large, bright and spacious.
