The apartment was clean, but lacking some modernisation , some paint was falling from the ceiling .I did not have a full size mirror in the room, living room should have had blackout curtains.

I did notice the moldy humid smell, which to be honest is very common in Portugal.

Location was really great. The beds are very comfortable 10/10! The staff was fantastic so welcoming and very kind like everyone we met in Sao Miguel.

The people running the apartment were amazing - super responsive and helpful. And the location was good. However, we booked a deluxe double as we’re travelling with a one year old, and I’m not sure what made it deluxe. The rooms were fairly small, and not suitable for a baby due to the hard tiled floor and sharp edges. The cot we requested initially came without a mattress, so we requested one. They were unable to provide a mattress so gave us pillows and blankets to make it more comfortable. We also requested a mid-week housekeeping visit which was much needed and really well done.

The apartment was very nice and had everything including washing pods for the washing machines, towels for hot springs. Communication with the hosts was good. The bed was comfortable and the view is amazing. The kitchen had all utensils and WiFi was super fast. The parking on the nearby streets is free and there is a bigger public parking lot next to the building. We never had problems finding a parking space. Walking distance to the city Center and to the shopping mall. Due to the window and building structure the window in the kitchen got wet every night and there were some rests of mold in the apartment, but this is a common problem on the islands or Portugal.

The stay was actually great! I would simply suggest adding a couple of things which would make the place even better: different bins to sort waste and a fan/ac for those few hot humid evenings.

Very nice apartment, located close to the center of Ponta Delgada, just above an exquisite bakery and a few hundreds meters away from the main shopping center and supermarket. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was clean. Lovely view as well! Plus, the staff was really friendly and polite, helping us when needed with quick replies.

Was a nice modern clean apartment with all the facilities you could need. Great communication between the poperty and us. Just under the building there is a cafe which is great!! Very well located just a 15 minute walk into the centre of ponta Delgada

I didn't really not like anything but would recommend a few more mirrors 😉 like a full size mirror...4 women getting dressed to go out would of been nice to have a mirror in the hallway 😊 an electrical outlet in the bathroom.

This apartment was by far a great spot.. location was excellent walking distance to Avenida, grocery stores, bakery 🥯. Big balcony with a spectacular view. Beds were comfortable, linens and towels were very clean. It was simply home away from home. Small elevator but was great to have one especially since I was on the third floor 😂... kitchen was well equipped with the necessary appliances. The washing machine was convenient and we hung out clothes to dry outside, came home with fresh laundry 😊🧺 I would definitely recommend this location, hopefully it will be available in my future visits 🙏😍

While bed was very comfortable the sheet didn't fit which was very annoying!Most people need more than one pillow.Because of size of wardrobe very difficult to get to and from one side of bed so would not suit everyone.Its on 4th floor but there is a lift. Don't think it would be good to stay there at height of summer as no air conditioning. Bed window needs mosquito net on it.

Compact apartment with good facilities but can only dry clothes on outside line .The local.goodies are a nice touch and a decent amount of information given to enhance your holiday.Communication was really good before and after arrival.Nice cafe round the corner and lots of restaurants and little supermarkets within 10 to 15 min walk.

The room was just perfect: clean and neat, and with everything that you need inside of it, there was a basket with some local products as a compliment from the owner, which was not expected, that's why it created a bigger impact. The location was perfect, very close to the sea, to the supermarket, to the center of the city. Everything inside the room was prepared with good care for the guests: there was some information about the touristic location, all emergency numbers, all places that the guest might need to visit such as the pharmacy or fresh food market, service of the car rental, etc... So, we felt very welcomed and recommend to stay here.

Good location not far from the centre and quiet. Spacy comfortable rooms, everything clean, comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped and big terrace. I would stay here again.

The property is modern, clean and really cozy. They even left us an welcome basket with typical azorean food which was really appreciated. The guy who gave us the keys was really nice, he even offered some tips about things to visit. If we come back in the future we’ll definitely choose this accommodation again.

No kitchen supplies. There were numerous pans and pots and baking equipment - but not even a gram of salt, sugar, oil or pepper to be able to actually cook anything essential (fry an egg in the morning). We were 3 people and we had only 5 or so teabags for 4 days. Thank you for the gift bag - but I cant fry an egg with a lemonade. When I asked about the lack of essentials I was told that it’s because people may get sick or allergic and its dangerous. Even if you get sick of salt or sugar etc - there is always a choice not to use it. I hope the essentials that we left will be used by the next guests ✌️
