The room is a little dark but is a good size and you don't need to spend much time in it anyway.

The room was very clean and has everything you need. The roof terrace was the best part - comfortable seating and with a beautiful view of the sea. Beach towels, drying rack and shopping trolleys were a nice touch. The staff were really wonderful, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the room. They responded to my message very promptly and found a quick solution.

The bed was kind of hard. Because we were on the ground floor on the street side, it was a bit noisy during the evenings and nights.

Great location, many restaurants and a big supermarket on your doorstep. Ferry to islands only a few minute walk away. We stayed in penthouse suite which had two big terraces. Check in and check out was simple. Property owners responded quickly to any questions. Property was quiet , no noise from neighbours.

Very very little not to like, as everything was exceptional.....If I were to have one minute comment, it would be the bar of soap kept in the bathroom....for hygiene purposes the provided liquid soap I feel is sufficient?

The apartment was spotlessly clean, lots of useful items present to accommodate your stay. The rooftop area is very well kept and offered solace when needed.

The property is very clean. The studio I had was very well furnished and had everything I need for my stay. The property is also dog friendly. The owner is very friendly and answers quickly. The best part was the rooftop terrace. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Olhao. Also the property is centrally located and walking distances from restaurants, the market and the boats that take you to the beaches.

We have stayed here a number of times and the studios/apartments never fail to disappoint. The standard of the fittings is high, spotlessly clean and a brilliant location for the boats, restaurants and town.

Air-conditioning in bedroom was poor. Far too hot during the night. Reported to owner who was arranging an Engineer, but sadly not during our stay. Owner provided a plug in air con machine, but sadly that didnt make any difference. Wifi weak, sometimes it would work then next minute it would drop out and be very slow. Mattress firm.

Location, ease of a access through lockbox. Stayed at several other properties in Olhao over the years and the location of Sol & Ria is ideal. Liked having front and back private balconies.

Maybe a coat hanger would be handy or somewhere to put an open suitcase so you don’t put it in the bed, etc these are just suggestions because we managed fine without them.

Apartment was cute and clean, comfy couch and bed. Coffee capsules, salt, pepper and olive oil provided was VERY much appreciated! Very very close to lots restaurants and to the main market.

Only 2 sun beds on terrace to service 7 apartments, could do with more and there is plenty of room. We were there for 11 days and no fresh towels were provided but then again I didn’t ask. I’m sure the lovely staff would have obliged.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment with all you need in it. Comfortable and spacious. Stunning rooftop terrace overlooking the market and bay. Very central to restaurants, bars and the pingo doce for your supplies if you want them and the wine!

The apartment was really well located and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The Petiscaria restaurant just down the lane was absolutely brilliant, and the roof terrace made a lovely spot to enjoy the sunshine when we didn't want to adventure to the beach.

There is free parking 2 or 3 blocks away, but can take a while to find an available space.Lots of paid parking close by.Our very nice apt. was 2 flights of stairs above street level. Not a problem for us (70 yrs +), but could be a challenge for some with large suitcases.

Spacious apartment in excellent location just steps away from everything the old town has to offer - cafes, ferries to islands, bars, groceries. Ideal for small families, solo travellers. Roof top patio was a plus.

Loved the two balconies with our apartment (apt I) and the shared top floor terrace. Perfect for a sundowner! The apartments have been finished to a good standard and have a modern feel. Our bed was very comfortable. The apartments are very close to the markets and the many restaurants along the main avenue. My wife felt that there could have been more storage space for personal effects. Unloading / loading luggage involved a short walk from the paid parking area on the main avenue along the seafront, as the narrow road to the apartments is often congested with parked cars. Overall, a lovely apartment and if we return to Olhão we'd be very happy to stay here again.

The noise in the late night. As our apartment was overlooking the back lane of a busy restaurant, it wasnt pleasant if you wished for peace and quiet.

Very clean, bright and spacious one bedroom apartment. The gracious Maria was always quick to response to any request. Location was within in minutes walk from everything. Lots of restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
