The bathroom needs improvement. Breakfast was included but it was really tiny (poor). We stayed 4 nights and each day was the same.

It was clean, they really clean the room every day.

Not a touristic hotel or location really, so not a real special place, but it served the purpose of accessibility to the national park. (Just saw a suite on booking.com and didn't need that much space actually. There were certainly other rooms available in the hotel.)

Spacious, clean room. Breakfast fine. Wifi good. Free parking nearby. The enthusiastically friendly singing breakfast lady brings a smile and makes for a good start to the day. Near to national park to enjoy the beaches and the views.

    Everything was great.

The breakfast lady is adorable. She gives you a hug hello and goodbye, sings, danses, speaks (at least) 3 languages, and also serves a wonderful breakfast. She makes the cakes and fruit salads herself. A feast for the eye and the tummy. Receptionists were also kind, patient, helpful.

Price wise I would've charged a little less since Setúbal is not at all touristy.

Big comfy bed rooms, nice shower and breakfast - although simple - was included. The hotel may look old (fashioned) but it's well maintained and clean.

Requested early access to room by email the day before arrival. No answer. Only on arrival were we told we couldn't enter the room until 1500. Then they forgot to inform cleaning staff so we had to wait outside the room while they cleaned it until 1530. Moral: they should answer requests made in email bookings

Very helpful and friendly staff with excellent English skills. Within walking distance from the train, the town, fantastic market, Pizza Hut, the ferry to a really good beach and the main bus station. Easy access by car and good parking possibilities. Right in the middle of town. 3star well furnished hotel. Fluent English speaking receptionist. Secure garage parking 5 euros per space per night. We parked 3 motorbikes in one space for that price. Hotel bar very reasonable. Bottled beer at about £2,25 a pint. No evening meal but plenty of local options. Air con room. Decent bathroom. Powerful shower with ample hot water. Limited TV channels but that might be Region rather than hotel. Breakfast standard cold buffet with cereals, yogurt, juice, breads, meats and cheese
