Breakfast was ok. Would have been nice to have sound proof rooms as can here the music from the festivals in the area until 4pm. Also should have guaranteed parking for hotel guests as the parking was often taken from public

It would be great to hear the pool bar's music at the pool. We were there at the end of July and the pool bar did not have all the cocktails on their menu. I think the hotel bar's snacks should be available for longer. My biggest complaint (really very annoyed with this) is that we requested single beds in January when we booked and in July when we arrived we got double beds – & yes I understand all about availability but especially because I actually requested this in a message to the hotel they could have contacted me to tell me and ask if it was ok.

The accommodation was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well situated - walking distance to many good restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The pool snack bar's sandwiches were good and the chill out area there is also nice. We lived by the pool and it was lovely - nice loungers and umbrellas.

Nothing to dislike! From walking into the reception area of the hotel, our short stay was wonderful.

The cleanliness of this hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was perfectly located for our short visit to the beautiful Arcos de Valdevez. We were there for a personal celebration and were greeted with a lovely surprise by the hotel. Would we book again? Absolutely!!

I am handicapped, so that navigating the cobblestone streets and sidewalks was quite difficult for me.

The staff was exceptional. the facility was very clean. the free breakfast was very good with lots of choices and lots of food. The décor was very simple, but the paint colors are restful, and we had a nice view from the balcony. The doors were soundproof on the balcony. So outside noises were not noticed. In fact it was quite soundproof. The bed was really comfortable. I wish my bed at home were as comfortable as that one. we stayed 22 days and had a good time exploring the little town of Arcos de Valdevez.

Spa and wellness area is old and needs some work. The restaurant is not bad however expensive for what it is.

Lovely location by the river within a very short walking distance from the town. Ample parking space for those reaching Arcos by car. I would stay there again if I needed to go back to Arcos.

If you stay more than 3 days then breakfast becomes repetitive. The choices do not change.

Wellness should be open 24hrs (Sauna, etc) as well as the indoor pool (like most of the hotels in Arcos de Valdevez)

Some upgrading and updating is needed however this did not diminish the experience.

The hotel is very well positioned across the river and within walking distance from the small town. Comfort was as expected and it has large rooms.

The bed was big, but not very comfortable for me. The spa seemed nice, but it was a little too crowded, so there was not space to enjoy the amenities.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The car parking has a lot of space and it is right in front of the hotel. The hotel is in walking distance to the city center.
