The breakfast was passable, but the bread I had was stale.

The best feature of this hotel is its excellent location right by the metro, giving easy access to the city. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had all the essential amenities.

No place to hang clothes in bathroom. Please add hooks to bathroom door (I saw that a previous traveller had also requested this, not sure hotel acts on customer feedback). Shampoo is low quality. Bring your own if you're particular about this or staying for long as the one they provide is a combined shampoo + bodywash and is not suitable for multiple washes. No hair conditioner provided. Tooth brush and toothpaste not provided. Bathroom/ room slippers not provided. Iron not available in room although hotel has paid laundry facility. Did not accommodate my early check in request but allowed me to store luggage until check in time. Lobby downstairs is comfortable place to work in, although sofas need to be upgraded.

Great location, metro is right outside with both red and green lines offering quick connections to rest if Lisbon. Rooms on higher floors facing the park have a great view of the park and city. Friendly staff. Has all necessities even if rooms are a bit dated. Decent breakfast but they ran out of black tea and did not restock during the last few days of my stay

When I booked the hotel from booking.com, it said your room is higher floor. But the outcome is not. It's a bit disappointing.

More options for meals would have been welcome. The area around the hotel is short on decent restaurants or bars. Not the fault of the hotel but the Metro shows it is wheel chair friendly, unfortunately the lifts and escalators were out of service. This is something we found right across Lisbon.

Close to airport, 10 mins in taxi. Positioned beside Alameda metro station, excess to Red and Green lines. Various bus stops right outside. Rooftop bar gives you views right across Lisbon, great place to enjoy local wines and beers. Breakfast was decent enough.

Uncomfortable beds if you like your mattress firm. Both mattresses were too soft for us. Pillows were not really good. The whole hotel and our room in particular were quite outdated, including bathroom facilities. Small elevators. Bad sound insulation.

Great location! Hotel is located right next to Red/Green metro line (easy to get to the airport and to the city centre). Nice view from our room, and also from the rooftop bar. Very good everyday cleaning, our room was very clean and was kept tidy all throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, but very repetitive. Coffee machine in the room, coffee and drinking water replenished daily.

The room was very noisy, we could hear neighbours and even on the 1st floor we could hear the noise from the metro. The wifi was very weak and was impossible to use.

Excellent location 20 m from the metro station. Very big public parking nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast had limited choices that were the same every day. The bed was a bit too stiff and the temperature control was not available for us to change.

The location has several public transportation choices right next to it and it is fairly close to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. Being able to eat breakfast on the rooftop of the hotel was also nice especially during nice weather.
