Beds were not comfortable. You can feel the springs. There were some ants in the bathroom. It's also a bit far from the city center (45min by foot). There were mostly German guests.

Nice fully furnished apartment incl. kitchen. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great pool. Parking space directly in front of the apartment. Located in Lagos (beautiful city).

The pressure of water in shower is terrible. Also quite often water was not warm enough.

Clean room, and everyday cleaning was perfect. Small kitchen has everything you may need for making a breakfast. Nice view. A lot of parking space. Nice host. Beautiful view to the ocean especially at night.

Sofa bed in living room should be more comfortable. Add a clotheshorse for towels

The place was really beautiful, swimming pool and jacuzzi in plain are wonderful. We have choice to add additional breakfast and they provide us each morning near the swimming pool in the garden. You can start the day in a perfect way!

    - very simply equipped kitchen, not enough kitchenware to cook for family (e.g. 1 knife)

+ very nice swimming pool, jacuzzi + located in the calm area, + close to the city centre and beaches (cca 10 min by car)

They should also renew the shampoo and shower gel, when you have used it.

It was a nice experience. The people were friendly. The area is nice. We were at the ground level and it was very lovley with the garden and the direct access to the pool.

It would useful I find reception was open more hours everyday and it might be difficult to check in out of hours. Need a car as it is out of town and away from shops.

It is a beautiful place, very green. It was a lot cooler than in Lagos which was nice on very hot days. Great to have daily housekeeping. Pool and jacuzzi were clean. The reception were very helpfully and friendly, made us feel at home.

Room decor is a bit dated. Furniture needs a refresh. Plumbing not great. Water pressure in shower was not consistent.

Very relaxing setting. Small number of rooms meant that the pool area was often empty.

Fascillities and general wear & tear. The only thing that lets the place down is that it is in desperate need of a refurb. Fridge door broken, shower head broken and very weak water pressure, was a struggle to shower! Room was also only properly cleaned once during our weeks stay including only one set of fresh towels. These points really let down what could be a lovely little hotel.

Location, secluded and quiet. We stayed in the Atalaia as it was close to our friends staying in a nearby villa. Not too close to the hustle and bustle of Lagos. Great views up in the nearby hills.

Very nice garden with pool, jacuzzi, sunbeds, palm trees, totally relaxing. Good value.

The kitchen appliances were very old and oven tray covered with rust. The place was not as clean as you could expect from a 4star appartment (dust on picture frames and sockets), small ants in the kitchennet and cracked tiles both in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom.

My daughters loved the pool and the garden

    Beds were pretty uncomfortable.

Great location, just a short drive from the water and the town. The owner was very helpful with directions and assisting in booking a kayak tour.

the lack of helpfulness and customer service of the receptionist. I didn't like the fact that they try to overcharge you any extra service ( for ex they asked 12 euros for washing machine and 2 euros to get one simple document printed out ? is that serious?? I had to negotiate to get it free ! I had the impression they try to take advantage of the Guests, this is not very customer orientated. the beds in the living room are very uncomfortable and we really had a bad sleep because of it . the fridge was full of ice and the ice creams couldn't remain frozen because of it .

the quietness of the place, the apartment was generally clean.

These hotels/apartments from the outside look lovely and the pool area is very attractive. There is no bar and no opportunity to relax at the pool and have a drink or a snack. Although set up for self catering, you can't take glass to the pool and there's no plastic. Room was a bit tired and bathroom not clean. Ants coming in front door - not a massive issue as staff helpful enough - gave us fly spray. I wouldn't visit again

It is NOT worth the price at all!!! The location is far from the city center, the pool is cold, the breakfast is made of two slica of ham and cheese and butter and jam (and cost 50€ for a day!) t

The staff were nice and helped us. e

The apartment is worn out and the cleaning standard was poor. The kitchenette had next to nothing and was smelley and dirty as well. We are used to travel and sleep in different beds - no one of us have ever slept in beds that hard. A re-do of the apartments would help, so they are at the same level as the fantastic pool area.

The pool area is fantastic at this hotel. Clean, modern, quiet and good size. Loved it!
