Paulo was so friendly and welcoming and full of useful information and passed on discounts he had negotiated to us. He provided QR coded maps of Aveiro and had all the local knowledge re when to visit what. What can I say about Aveiro?? What an absolutely beautiful place - I couldn't get enough of it and walked all over. The canals and boats are just beautiful. The accommodation is ideally located, within walking distance of everything.

No air conditioning but I knew that when I booked . Unfortunately we had a couple of extremely hot days for June. We managed.

It’s ALL there except air conditioning and if that does not bother you (there are plenty of fans) this is a great place to stay. Paulo met us at the address and welcomed us with a glass of if port and lots of recommendations for places to eat etc. This was a really nice personal touch and he is a lovely guy. Paulo has thought of everything guests might need and it’s all that at your fingertips. There are some very useful laminated walking maps and the town centre, canals and museums are a few minutes walk away. There is not much noise at night and the beds are comfortable. Thanks Paulo we enjoyed our stay.

Paulo was awesome! Since Paulo is a tour operator you were never short of information of what activities to do in and around Aveiro. I would definitely recommend staying here as everything is at your door step.

We were at apartment for less than 24 hours. Not used to extra firm beds in Europe-but has nothing to do with host.

Superb location, large apartment, huge kitchen with all you could need, balcony, sizeable bathroom. Paulo met us right at the arrival, was kind and accomodating, helped us with parking, showed us around and continuously made sure we have all we need. Check-in was super fast and check-out as easy as leaving the keys and closing the door. There is free parking 4-5min walk from the apartment and you're in the city center within 3min. Paulo also provides walking maps, reccomendations and is available 24/7 for all you need.

For one night it was okay but the beds/mattresses could be more comfortable.

Fantastic location, Paulo communicated so well and gave so much information about seeing Aveiro and the Costa Nova. Little balcony overlooked the area. We only stayed one night but the full kitchen would be great for longer stays. Nice sitting area and 2 full bedrooms.

Little mats all round the apartment, nearly a hazard, we all nearly slipped on them, unnecessary so we put them in a corner.
