The apartment we had was a little dated, the decor was poor and shabby, but overall value for money was good

Good location good onsite facilities with 3 pools and 9 hole par 3 golf course, overall a good experience The only negative was : We had a leak in the apartment, water pissing out of the tank all over the floor took them 2hrs to send someone over but once they did they immediately moved us to a nicer apartment and covered our dinner that evening as a good will gesture for the inconvenience the staff were very apologetic and friendly

It’s a big complex so be prepared for a walk if you’re staying at the top of the complex. 10 mins to get to the shop. But we didn’t mind. We were by the Clubhouse and that shut at 6pm every day which is quite early.

Apartment was spacious and clean. Little bit dated but didn’t bother us. Two good sized bathrooms so we didn’t have to share bathrooms with our teens. Good sized terrace overlooking the driving range so my hubby was happy!

I originally got a unit that was very poor condition (read others for reference). After speaking with management, they moved us to another unit, but much better condition.

The facilities including the landscaping and pools were very nice. Second unit we got moved into met our expectations for conditions and quality. Second unit was same standard unit, just better in every way (newer furnishings, cleaner, stronger WiFi, newer AC, better lighting and lamps, and a washing machine).

I did not like the way the sprinklers would turn on at random times during the night leaving u soaked if u are walking past or if u have towels/clothes drying outside they also got soaked. The staff at bistro sud were extremely unfriendly and that had impacted our stay as it was unfortunate to see them be so horrible not only to us but other guests also.

I loved the area, the numerous pools and 3 bars and restaurants was a great touch. It was easy to navigate and find our villa straight away it had great amenities such as a golf course and tennis court too and just outside the property was a pharmacy and a spar so had a great location.

The reception staff were dissmisive, rude and disinterested. The restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people and it wasnt event peak time when we were there. The length of time from ordering food and drink to them arriving was far too long. E.g it took 1.5hrs for a pizza to arrive and the restaurant was not busy. The choice of good restaurants around the area is poor, your best to get in an taxi and go elsewhere. We went before the whole of the UK and Ireland was on holidays and it was great as it was quiet and not over croweded. On our last 2 days the massess desended from the UK and all I can say is I was glad that we were leaving - so go out of school holdiay time and you will have a great time.

The pools were excellent as were the changing and toilet facilites beside them. The apartment was very spacious, with all the items you need for a holiday with a famliy of 5. The Spar convenience store on site was great for morning coffee. The food on site was good. The golf course was a good 9 holes and the dirving range was fun for golfers. The green fees were reasonable in comparison to other courses in the area. The grounds were well maintained.

A good distance from both new and old town and it is also hard to get family taxi’s with car seats over there. Cleaning every second day.

Really nice and good value apartments with lovely air con. Lovely balcony looking out onto 1 of the pool areas. Very accommodating with check in and a cot on request.

A few slides for the kids would make this place 10/10.

Lots of sun loungers, lots of pools. Pools not crowded or really busy. Apt so quiet at night. Very peaceful. A 2 bed apt can easily sleep up to 6 people. Food in bistro and pizza bar was excellent. Our third visit. Great value for money. Spar at end of road sells everything you need and uber for 6 costs about €10-€12 to old town.

Our door to the deck off the lounge wouldn’t lock.

The staff in the pool restaurant are the rudest I've ever met with the exception of a young girl. They rolled their eyes when asked for something from the menu . We waited an hr for a toasted sandwich, they walked around behind the bar pretending not to see the customers . Their attitude was the talk of the pool area

It was quite in a nice location with plenty of facilities in the resort and around.

The apartments are a bit dated, but they are comfortable and homely. Our wardrobe door was broken but didn't bother us.

The grounds are beautiful, and the staff were very helpful & accommodating. Pools are fab too. The size of the apartments are huge. Cleaners came every 2 days to change towels & sheets. Easy to get taxi, uber & bolt. Spar right outside. We would go back.

The apartments felt very tired and needed a complete revamp. We visited 3 different ones in our group and there was no consistent standard in them- completely different furniture and it was quite hitch potch. They could do with modernization. We liked our 2 bed apartment in terms of space and amenities.

The gardens were beautiful and very well kept. Good choice of pools.

Renovation works going on from 8am to 5pm across from the villa, not so relaxing to sunbathe listening to a blow torch! Also, villa wasn’t available until about 7pm on day one, when this was questioned the response was ‘we sag FROM 5pm, that doesn’t mean it will be ready for you at 5pm!! Staff are very friendly but there’s not enough of them and they are over-worked
