Location is so good , in the city center , soundproof in a way , despite its located in a busy area where lot of restaurant show up from lunch time, u don’t feel its noisy or disturbing, u just feel its lively 😊 , the host was replying to all my questions…

Stairs are very steep inside the property. The area around can be noisy at night as it is one of the livelier neighbourhoods, but had character.

There are a few negative points, firstly the strong smell coming from the pipes (sewage smell) was not pleasant, if you left the apartment closed, once you’re back you would feel it 100%. The oven did not work, we both a few frozen things to bake that we couldn’t. They did not provide dish towel, and there was no dishwasher, so after washing you couldn’t dry the things to use again. It would be safer if there was a non-slip mat at the on the marble in front of the shower, after showering and lots of the water, that could be super slippery

Shower knob was loose making it difficult to control heat and flow of water. Toilet cistern kept running. No oven gloves. No tea towels. Chairs were wobbly.

Not enough space to put things in the bathroom. no hooks to hang bags and coats. the tv is not in the bedroom. There are not services to value.... It was clean at check in , then we used the same towel fo 4 nights. luckily the weather was good (even if it was new years eve) we dried everything on the terrace. Pillow to small and soft. Good for short stay...

Good located in the center, everythink walking distance. very quiet road at night. (as in the picture) Surrounding area well server with restaurant ad shops. Good heather, good and big mattress.

The stairs are steep and with shallow tread ... luggimg suitcases up and down was challenging. Not sound proofed to other floors/suites. Only select taxis/Ubers could get near the front door ... had to bring all of our baggage out to the main street as the car waited. Glad it was not raining.

We were in the room closest to the entrance and each time someone left or arrived and closed the door the whole room would shake. Hot water is limited and oven did not work.

The stairs are very steep, glad I didn’t have large luggage! Also, very thin walls so you hear the neighbours. On the other hand, there’s no traffic outside so very quiet I. That sense.

Check in was easy, all instructions were sent via whatsapp and this included a lot of other helpful information about Lisbon. The location was perfect we could walk to most places and there were endless choices of places to eat or drink. Public transport options are also very easy to access. The apartment is a nice size and was clean and comfortable. If we return to Lisbon we will stay here again. It wasn't a problem for us but it is a steep narrow staircase so for some travellers this maybe something to keep in mind.

The photographs on the Booking.com website are mostly not of apartment 5 which is in the roof space and is not as commodious and luxurious as the photos would suggest, although the small balcony was pleasant. The 3 flights of stairs were very steep; in fact the first flight is nearly a ladder. Anyone with the smallest mobility problems would find them a major problem. Other gripes: only one small towel rail in the bathroom, no draining board in the kitchenette.

The apartment is right in the centre of a busy central area of Lisbon and therefore very convenient for accessing the city on foot. The bed was comfortable and the shower large. WiFi worked well. The remote concierge was readily available on Wattsapp.

The property isn’t quite as nice as the photos as other mentioned, although I stayed in the superior apartment, not the cover photo with black and white furniture. In my apartment things were showing signs of wear and tear, the couch was a little beat. Probably time to upgrade a few things. There were a few misses with cleaning, such as an old contact stuck to the wall, and some hairs in the comforter that were not mine. The host was contacted and offered to have someone come through but I declined as it wasn’t a big deal just hopefully they’ll be a little more thorough next time. The apartment is at the very top of the building with pretty steep and narrow stairs. Be wary if bringing large suitcases. It can be a little noisy at night until around midnight but not more than you expect from a city.

The location is spectacular. Let me say that twice, the location honestly can’t be beat. I was able to walk everywhere. I stayed in the superior apartment which is the one with the darker paint. The bed is big and comfortable. The water temperature gets really hot and the water pressure is good. The air conditioning works really well. This was a good stay for me as a solo traveler with just a carry on suitcase. The restaurant at the bottom of the apartment (Castro) is very, very good.

The stairs in the heat! Kitchen area was pretty small but adequate to prep breakfast - but clearly you are not expected to be eating in if you have come to see Lisbon!

Location is great - right in heart of the city a very short walk from the metro. Handy for the sights and getting to trams too. Self-Check in very easy. Loads of restaurants and nightlife nearby but no noise from that to disturb you. We had the appt on top floor with a small terrace/balcony that you could sit out on - I think that made it particularly good. But at the cost of having to lug heavy bags up three flights of steep stairs (well five small sets actually) . It would be no good for you at all if you have mobility issues. Very clean, and the huge bed was very comfy, loads of hot water and very powerful water pressure in the walk in shower.

Central/good location for us. Compact, clean and cosy apartment. As a client I received perfect information/advice how to operate in the apartment. Service left a positive feeling to me :). A lot of cafes and restaurants in that area.
