Nice Hotel near Metro Station Very good breakfast buffet

Breakfast was nice, fresh fruit, bread, and all other food. The position quit and very near to the metro station.

Noise outside the hotel during the night. Especially on our last night (Friday-Saturday) around 12am you could hear quite big noises like big machines and the feeling that items were being loaded or unloaded, there must be something close to the hotel causing that. I was thinking our daughter will wake up at some point during the night.. the balcony doors even when closed, you have the feeling they are open. We had a King suite but not worth the money spent at all I would say. No kettle in the room, only coffee machine. The staff were kind to offer one when I asked as I needed hot water supply for baby formula. Breakfast was good but no variety at all, 3 days in a row we had exactly the same food for breakfast. If I paid less for it, it would have been ok probably. But for the money spent I think it’s not good enough.

The room was enough to sleep comfortably , TV was great, breakfast was excellent..the view that in particular cause we enjoy our tours and just needed to sleep and rest

Excellent location that could be simply reached by metro from Airport. It is a very good base for exploring Lisbon. The staff at SANA Capitol Hotel were helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was very comfortable with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was outstanding in quality with a diversity of food. The tables were cleared and clean.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel location is excellent. The center can be easily reached on foot, and the airport can easily be reached by metro or bus.

The hotel is clean and modern, and is located a five minute walk from a Metro station (Marques de Pombal) from which it is possible to get to and from the airport (one change) and into the centre very easily. A good breakfast is available; I asked for fried eggs and got them, although the coffee was the usual hotel fayre. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I never once saw anyone in the bar which was a pity. It didnt seem to be well soundproofed at all. I didn't like that there were very few small parts of the window in the bedroom that could be opened. The window was behind the bed which was a first for me, great black out curtains though. I was unable to open the bathroom window even though staff told me it does open. Some outside bin men noise which can't be helped. Lighting in the room was badly designed.

Amazingly comfortable bed. Everything very clean and new. Breakfast very calm, well stocked and very tasty. The breakfast lady does an excellent job. I personally thought the location was a bit outside the tourist area but its an easy walk into the city and lots of buses and metro nearby.

Good location easily reached by metro from Airport and as a base for exploring Lisbon. Breakfast (included in price) was exceptional in quality with a variety of interesting food and attentive staff efficiently topping up items and ensuring tables were cleared and clean.

I've asked for a quiet room and I got room number 405 that was very quiet. I had a great sleep!

Location is slightly out of the main area, so a walk is needed to get into where all the restaurants and shops are. I didn’t like being charged €4.50 for extra pods for the coffee machine located in the room. I wasn’t told these were chargeable, personally I think if you provide a coffee machine in the room the coffee should be replenished when needed, or it should be stated that there is only one per day per person.

The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. The room was very comfortable and the bed was extremely comfortable Breakfast was fabulous
