The only downside is that depending on what time you showered, there was little to no hot water.

Huge room—very comfy and true to the pictures. There was a really convenient self-service locker room to put our luggage in until checkin which was great since Sintra doesn’t have a ton of left luggage facilities. Although it’s technically an unstaffed location, there were friendly staff in the office who helped us get checked in.

The parking options are limited, but they send me a guide where we could park. Still we had to walk for 10 minutes up to get to the apartment

The apartment was in a good location, where you could to all the monuments pretty easy and fast. There were also a lot of different restaurants close by. The check-in was easy and you could store your bags at the hotel. The apartment where big and clean.

Communication - The driving instructions to drop off bags were impossible to follow so we had to park and walk with them. The parking suggestion was very unhelpful as we could only park for 4 hours at a time before needing to return to pay again. Directions to the more convenient, longer term parking would have been much more useful.

Little hard to find at first because our Bolt driver couldn't drop us off at the exact address. It is better to go straight to Sintra National Palace. It is only a few minutes' walk from there.

It was a very cute apartment. ( I believe we had the largest one there) It was perfect for our family of 4.

Be aware that Sintra is lying on very steep hills. Parking possibilities in the street are limited, but it was low season so i was able to park very near the hotel.

Its a nice and comfortable room with a convenient kitchenette on two minutes walk from the city centre. The bed was huge!

Only two capsules of coffee for three days. It would be great to have more dishes and utensils in the kitchen - for example, there wasn't any pot, but remote staff tried to help us with that.

Very cosy and clean apartment with a beautiful view (we were at number 6). A big plus for a huge, comfortable bed. We were in town quite early, so the great advantage was the possibility of using luggage storage and the common bathroom in the building. Self check-in and entering the apartment with a code is very convenient, because you don't have to worry about loosing your key. Have in mind, that right now there is a renovation of nearby building, so you can hear some noises during the day. Remote staff was responsive and helpful.

The front door code did not work at arrival. Had only one pot to cook with. Need at least 2 or more for cooking of 4 people. The pans were very old, the non stick coating was all peeling and not healthy to use.

Lack of cuttlery and kitchen accessories. (Only 1 water glass and 1 mug) The shower door didn't close properly and it's missing illumination, as it gets very dark in the shower at night.

We liked the room and Sintra, enough to extend our stay for a few days. This proved to cause quite a few issues. Firstly, the cleaners almost walked in on my girlfriend coming out of the shower. Secondly, the code for our apartment door was changed without notification two days in a row - causing a tired conversation with customer support each evening. They were very helpful and sorted it out quickly each time, but the situation was not appreciated at all.

The bed and bedding were fantastic! The room feels very large and special, with a view up the mountainside and of the castles. Considering the humid surroundings, it was very pleasant that the space was dry and cosy. The location is amazing, right in the historical Sintra. We made a special request for some wine and received a great bottle of port wine in our room, which made it feel even more special.

It would have been a lot better with a proper wardrobe instead of the small drawers. We also think the shower area would be better with stained glass instead of the makeshift curtain. We did not ask for regular cleaning of our room, but it was not clear whether this facility was in offer. We would have liked fresh towels once in a couple of days. Otherwise, pretty nice stay.

We got an entire loft apartment including a small kitchenette and dining area. It was quite spacious for us. The check in experience was really smooth with everything automated. The property was really clean and the location is superb -- almost at the heart of Sintra but still in a back alley to be quiet. We loved the kind gesture of the hostess, who offered us a bottle of local Colares wine. It was really nice. Thank you.
