That the other guests obviously never learnt to use a toilet brush. But the accomodation can't teach them that, i guess. Maybe a small comics?

The Person attending us was very friendly and helpful, even though she couldn't speak english. She made a lot of effort to make it possible to communicate and was just very nice to us. Where the accomodation is situated is very practical. It was clean (as long as the other guests using the bathroom didn't use it... People, learn to use the brush after number two. It's not that hard).

A small triple room with a king size and a single bed. The room was quite small. There were three of us with big luggages for the holidays and the space was quite limited. There were a night table and two plugs only.

I think it's ok for the price and just as a location for taking a shower and sleeping for the night.

there is a cafe in the adjoining building, which is open until late and the noise coming from there makes it impossible to rest - this applies to rooms with windows at the front of the building; the rooms at the back of the building are quieter and calmer

Public bar neighboring to the property was extremely noisy so sleeping even after midnight was problematic or not possible. People where solving conflicts using alcohol.

tiny small leak from upstairs bathroom water pipe was coming down through ceiling and making floor wet. I put some towels on floor and reported it to management. The electrical light stopped working properly on last night. I told management they need to take up floor on bathroom above to find leak to fix it.

There is a cafe/bar just next to the building where people talk very loud. This was a mayor issue. I understand the Cafe is another unrelated business but I think manager could do something about this.

Very modern rooms, the internet was fast and it is easy to get around the town from there. The kitchen was well equipped.

Really nice room, comfortable beds, staff friendly, ladies were keeping the place clean basically all the time, nice balcony. Shared bathroom was also very clean. Kitchen available

We did not like the humidity in the rooms but I guess there is nothing to do about it in the Azores

The property is in an excellent location - especially if you want to experience the bull fighting which happens literally in front of your door :-). It was clean, the shared kitchen has basic equipment and the host was niche and welcoming.

We just a needed a place to crush for 1 night for cheap and near the marina and we got it. Good value for money

Kitchen could be equipped better [no tea, coffee, spices of any sort; the pots and pans were super old and scratched]. The bed wasnt too comfortable [I could feel the springs but was not tragic...]

Great location, pasteleria next door, supermarket 6 minutes walk away. The room was clean, shared bathroom as well.

There were cockroaches in the room. We found 3 in 2 days. Quite noisy. The first night we could not sleep well due to the noise of the people in the other rooms.
