The breakfast options were limited. But the price was appropriate for what you get.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating all our requests. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean. The location was peaceful surrounded by beautiful scenery.

While the setting is excellent, and it is close to the main square of the historic area, the walk up the hill is a VERY steep 400-500 meters, so it is good to be aware of this before booking.

Beautiful setting in an old orchard on a hill. Great view looking up at Sinatra. We enjoyed the porch, even though we were early in the season and it was still cool. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking was a plus.

The bathroom smelled. The road to the hotel is a bit challenging with a car but there's a private parking which is good. The charge for late chekin is pretty high

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Location was perfect and room was amazing. Staff were very kind and even reserved a parking spot for us in a locked area. Was even able to walk to town, but beware straight uphill haha

The toilet was a bit smelly and it was unpleasant to have a breakfast in the room or get to sleep because of it. Maybe it is better situation in summertime.

We liked the garden - very green and spacious, the view from the pool to casas was amazing.

Rooms are adequate but would benefit from an update.

Every employee we interacted with was great. We were given excellent advice and information for the area. Breakfast was good. Parking was good. Bed was comfy. Price was excellent. View was fantastic!

Really beautiful setting which is close enough to hike to Sinatra's palaces. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. Really good value. Good shower and bathroom facilities.

Even though there was an electric heater room was cold. Especially bathroom. Could be at least a bath carpet on the floor to make it better otherwise very cold floor. To get to the villa from the station is a bit tricky - its not far and down the hill, but no sideway and lots of cars passing buy.

The place is very nice! Surrounded by nature, lovely room with a view to the castle. Lovely breakfast that are delivered to the room on agreed time. Design in the room cosy and nice, spacious, lovely balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bed was too soft for our liking needs to be firmer.

It was a central location, friendly staff, clean and had a nice continental breakfast delivered to your room each morning... the front end girls were very helpful in suggesting restaurants to eat and things to do. They have water purifier to refill water jugs, a very eco friendly hotel

No complains, the only thing I will say that I did not like was the cleaning staff trying to enter the room unannounced, trying to open the door from the outside. And second time there was another staff that peeked in through the window as well, which I did not appreciate. Other than that everything was excellent.

Excellent location, overlooking lush greenery and you can see the castles from the garden as well. It was very hard for me to leave the property as I just wanted to spend most of my time enjoying the sounds of the birds and the serenity. Filipa and Inês were extremely helpful and helped me plan out my stay there. Thanks!

Very friendly reception. The room is very nicely renovated and the garden is beautiful. It has a nice view to Palace of Pena, Moorish castle. Good breakfast and it only costs £5.

The shower situation is a poor design because a lot of water pours out onto the bathroom floor. You have to mop it up with your towel because the area is very wet.

I loved the view of the hillside while sitting outside having breakfast. Also, there is private parking on-site.

A true oasis in the heart of Sintra. I would definitely stay there if I came back. The dog Cleopatra was an added bonus....I love dogs! Special thanks go out to Phillipa for all the help in navigating my way around + breakfast.
