Huge room with separate lounge, kitchenette and bedroom. Extremely comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was extensive with freshly cooked items if you wished. Located a short walk from the town centre where there are lots of great bars and restaurants. Nice pool area with sun loungers to relax on.

The lifts 😳 They were a bit bouncy when arriving at your selected level - might need some new lifts 🛗 Would be great if there was tea and coffee in the room as standard. We had to request a tray, which was fine, but some of our group didn’t know to request and went without.

Great location right next to the beautiful park. Loved hearing the peacocks and watching the trees from our balcony. So many things right on your doorstep and a gentle stroll to the centre. We were very impressed with the hotel and the area.

The room were quite dark with little natural light and small little windows. Do not recommend the rooms without sea view. Restaurant area has same issue.. little light and more sterile ambiente.

Not really a fault of the Hotel although they could be clearer on booking but although the pictures all show front facing apartments they do have ones at the rear facing the carpark that are in the shade all day. It doesn't state "city View" or "garden view" like other hotels so if they are the only apartments left you will not be aware you are not booking one of the apartments in the photographs. In a nutshell book a pool or sea view apartment and you'll have a great stay.

Staff! We had an issue when we checked in and they excelled in finding a solution......thanks Mikeal!!. All the staff were great and super friendly......reception, restaurant, cleaners etc all made you feel special. The Location is great, you feel you are in a peaceful area yet you are right on the doorstep of everything. We usually stay at the Eurostars which is further out so much preferred the location of this one.

The room smelt weird so I had to open the balcony doors often to air it but the smell still stayed there. There was poor air circulation. The breakfast was good but there were no milk alternatives available, only dairy milk. It would be nice to have oat milk for those who can't drink dairy. There was also one situation where a staff member knocked on my door and started to say something in Portugese, I said I don't speak Portugese but he kept talking to me and didn't react to my attempts at stopping him because I didn't understand anything, this was quite rude because he could have asked somebody to come and speak to me in English if this was something important, not just talking non-stop in Portugese and not even stopping when I said I didn't understand. Also the toilet flush was really hard to push.

The highlight for me was the ocean view. The room had a balcony where I could sit and watch the ocean. I loved opening the doors just to hear the sound of the waves. The hotel is not directly by the seafront, there is a road and a few other buildings including the lighthouse but you can still see and hear the ocean. Rooms on the other side had a view of the parking and trees so I definitely recommend booking a room with the ocean view. The room itself was very big and comfortable. It had a kitchenette which I didn't expect but didn't use. The restaurant was nice with very friendly staff and good breakfast with a selection of food. They offer luggage storage on the day you check-out.

Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have made it 10/10.

Nice hotel in good location on the edge of Cascais, very close to the sea. Hotel was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was well stocked. Plenty of parking in the hotel carpark.

We stayed at the hotel twice during our trip to Portugal. But the second time's breakfast and dinner were much worse than the first time. The staff at the hotel's restaurant were not friendly.

The rooms have to be renovated. The room was not clean properly at all which is not acceptable on a 4 stars hotel, quite disgusting. The room service was very slow. The breakfast is ok but nothing special.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the city center. The sea view is beautiful. Totally recommend to choose the sea view rooms

Everything was good.

Location right on the beach and close to marina and its wonderful restaurants. Spacious room, good Wi-Fi, had an amazing sea view. Very clean, staff nothing to complain about. Plenty of parking up front. Smooth checkin / checkout. Good value for money

I have to say that the bed/mattress was very uncomfortable, but as we were only there for one night it wasn't a huge problem.

The sea view room was very modern and had a great swish bathroom, lovely shower.

Restaurante would not be my best choice. Sunday's menu was not what we expected. We survived.

The hotel is in excellent location right across from the Marina where they have cafe restaurant shop hairdresser pharmacy bike shop etc. Room was very clean with a big balcony that was not overlooked and very private we had sea view and it was great. Restaurant was very big with a big bar area .The buffet breakfast was very good but dinner could do with some nice fancy cakes. All staff very nice and helpful. Lovely promenade walk to Estoril but it start down at the beach near the side of Train Station. One day was heavy rain so it was great to have the big palace villa next door to explore with the very big park attacked to it. If you walk through the park you come to two more museum including Paula Rego famous gallery with great paintings. Cascais small town was great with great restaurants and only ten minutes walk away. We loved the big plaza in front of tourist office in the centre of the town and the train into Lisbon. Unfortunately our stay was only 3 nights in October and we be definitely back again for longer.
