The beds were uncomfortable and there wasn’t anything for the children to do. They were not allowed to use the indoor pool as suggested and there was no entertainment- so the all inclusive option ended up costing more as we had to pay to take kids out so they were not bored.

No air con in the bedroom, windows and doors have terrible seals so the air con dripping noise is extremely annoying. Gym was not included as expected, separate charge for gym and indoor pool unfortunately so did not use.

Great food, love the barbecue nights. Room was a great size and very comfortable. Great facilities in the kitchen. Pool area is good too.

Beds were typical Portuguese firm mattresses, other than that really enjoyed our stay, missed having an oven.

Very short walk to our favourite beach, restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good value. Quiet poolside apartment. Clean.

It was spacious...I finally had some room to spread out and enjoy the space. There's even a balcony with a table and chairs. The staff was fantastic and the location was great. I enjoyed spending time at the pool when I wasn't at the beach.

The first encounter with the staff was amazing, super kind and helpful. Apartmant was spacious, with nice balkony, very comfortable, cleaning every day increased our comfort feeling :) pool and other facilities were also super nice. We eventually extended our stay as we felt so great!

Water puddles in our kitchen all over the floor. Worn out towels. Wifi not working after connecting except early morning. No AC in bedroom, only in the living room. We tried keeping doors open to allow fresh air from AC into the bedroom but it didn't really work. So we had to open windows which killed darkness and allowed constant technical noise from the outside. Paid gym, can you imagine?!

Breakfast and dinner were okay. Spacey living room and bedroom with enough space. Good shower with regulated angle and decent water pressure. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking. Effecting blinds providing total darkness.

The apartment was dated and needs an update, everything had seen better days.

The apartment had a kitchen that had all the necessary utensils to prepare meals at home. Everything worked. The place was very roomy and had plenty of TV channels. We could see the sea from our window. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a short walk to the beach, and a small grocery store across the street.

Rooms are a little bit tired but value for money.

Location is brilliant.Food is good, and each day is different apart from breakfast. Cleaning service on a daily basis and staff very always very helpfull.

Overall was a good experience, everything was good.
