    We had a problem with an A/C water leak in our room. This was very efficiently handled by the staff and we were moved (without asking) to a superior room with better view at no extra cost. Mario was excellent.

    Liked everything - only point is now having to pay more for mid / higher room

    Great breakfast, very large pool and plenty of places to sit. Great location by the beach and a nice walk into the centre

    They charge for the spa which is cheeky for this level of hotel. The evening buffet restaurant had cold food, but they dealt with it very well and really apologetic with full refund.

    The staff couldnt help you enough, the facilities were amazing and the food by the pool was fab.

    Plenty of choices for breakfast, great quality food and the staff were amazing. I've been fortunate to stay in many luxury hotels around the world but the staff here are the best I've experienced for some time and always smiling!

    Gym - I woudl recomend to install something for pullups, plus one machine for back. Besides greqat place to train legs and chest.Please add 20-30 kg dumbelss :)

    Hotel is not brand new but it was great for me. Great Breakfasts, nice clean rooms, gym coudl have a one or two machines more, but overall good. Nice clean beach and close by to marina with nice restaurants and bars. Besides helpful reception when printing of documents needed.

    Pity it doesn't have its own beach club but the private one across the road works well.

    Great location, clean, amazing pool And close to the beach. The staff were very friendly.

    Some of the staff are useless and bearing in mind a lot of English stay at the hotel some don’t know the basic English. I also felt that the drinks around the pool are expensive and the staff are a little grumpy if you go to bar yourselves….. I don’t like feeling I have to tip just because someone brings me a drink plus I like a walk to the bar. Lastly I feel the cost of this hotel for 3 days is just getting more and more expensive, it may make us choose an alternative next time

    The location is perfect, we have stopped here several times due to this.

    Unfortunately our bathroom toilet had a broken seat & our fridge had broken shelves. A few Parasol round the pool where broken & the towel loungers weren’t policed .

    It’s no fault of the hotel but it’s such a pity the land directly around the hotel is so poor compared to nearby areas. It just brings down the standards unfortunately.

    Prices are too high, and despite the quality is quite good, I’ve been in other less rated hotels with lower prices and same or higher quality level of commodities.

    Location, food and staff is very attentive and helpful.

    The bathtub was clogged, and the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly during our stay.

    The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a strategic location, very close to the marina. They also allowed us to use the pool after checkout, which was a nice gesture.

    The night entertainment could have been better

    Room was spotless and cleaned every day. Large outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers. Great choice of hot and cold food for breakfast - caters for all diets. We went out in the evenings for dinner but had lunch in the Seafront Restaurant and Bar each day which we were very happy with - food was very tasty and again lots of options.

    Could do with a little night entertainment maybe not every night but a couple of nights would be good not everyone wants to go out every night and walk around
