- Whirlpool was not working - Toilet Flush was not working properly - Furnitures were heavily damaged

Lack of facilities. The hotel is in an isolated position but doesn’t have a restaurant (except for breakfast), you need a car or taxi to go anywhere. Around the pool the facilities are in need of update, tidying and cleaning, outside windows need cleaning, and spa area needs updating. The bar area (staffed by receptionists on demand) closes at 8pm so not the atmosphere you would expect of a 4* hotel.

We had a suite, with lounge area, so the room was huge with nice bathroom and good hot pressurised shower. Breakfast was okay with nice breads, fresh ham, cheese etc and limited hot food. Inside the hotel and bedroom it was very clean. Staff were very friendly especially Marcia who was extremely helpful with maps, ideas to visit etc.

No restaurant - very disappointing for a 4* hotel - basically it’s a B&B. Although places to eat around the area … they were too busy, fully booked meant no dinner for me.

the pillows were thick and hard, so they were uncomfortable. there’s no extractor in the bathroom. tv sound was set very low and we could not adjust it. limited tv channels

You need a car, cabs are available but takes time for them to show up. Not close to anything. Breakfast is ok, but coffee is really horrible. Bit disappointing, Portugal has great coffee, but not at this hotel.

Big, clean rooms, all looked relatively new. Overall good value. Very helpful, friendly staff.

wrong concept in terms of alignment of the building. Rooms are focusing the road side / parking lot even though the opposite site (also taken from parking lots) is much quieter and has by far more beautiful views. Pool is huge a clean but also right next to the road with no heavy but audible traffic. hardly shade at the pool especially due to missing trees. „Spa area“ is worn including the 2! machine fitness center. would be a great hotel with some adjustments

Accepting the need for a car (15 min to the beach) the location was remote and quite with beautiful views around. we found super clean and comfortable rooms and a high quality bed. The breakfast buffet was alright. nothing really missing but nothing surprising as well. the breakfast room offers the best views overall. Gin Tonic at the bar had a generous size and was well prepared. Restaurant was closed at time of our visit.

i did not see the pool, so i cannot comment. I had a twin room seaview, nice view for 80 or more euros for the night it was right on the parking lot, it was noisy, i could also hear the reception and their phones, the said the could not change me..when i requested a room change. .. i did not sleep well at all. when i woke up i went down to have a coffee, breakfast was not included for this price ( which i found high for a twin room and the location ) . i said i wiould gladly pay. the two women did not speak english and it turned into a production so i just left. i had no coffee. i went to the local stand where they just smiled and it was easier

the location is great, its a nice clean hotel, very updated. nice view. man at desk was friendly adn changed the burned out light in my room immediately . nice they have a restaurant . i did not eat there as i checked in past 7pm

Not very good water pressure and whenever we needed to have a shower, we had to wait for approximately 10 minutes, with the tap on, for the water to warm up. I felt that it was a waste of water...

Unfortunately the spa only has sauna and jacuzzi (not steam room), and only available for 30 minutes, on a “schedule in advance” way. on a Saturday afternoon they only had one massage therapist, so there was no availability for a couples massage. After we scheduled two individual massages, the therapist had some personal issue and had to cancel (and only warned us already 10 minutes past the time scheduled).

It was extremely noisy despite it is in a very quiet area.but there was a group of soccer players Who were partying until 5.27 am.. Coffee at breakfast is not good. Gym is not a gym, but a corner with one old Ergometer and one old cross Trainer...just dont call it gym.. Two mats and some dumbells in a nice room would be cheaper and better.. Spa looks also very old and didint wanna even Enter.

Very nice stuff and also nice breakfast options.also a nice Pool outside which is good for real swimming. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms very clean. Good that the rooms have a fridge and a safe!
