Nice room, just in the center. It's self check-in and check-out so didn't see any staff. Be in mind if you need to leave your bags you need ask for another code to enter after. It was very nice to find complimentary bottle of water and some teas after long flight. Very stylish and very clean room. Comfortable bed. Definitely recommend to stay. Hope to come back next year

Two singles instead of a double. Cups were too small!!

Quiet, minimal, good en-suite facilities. It was all dealt with and paid for online, so we didn’t interact with anyone. Access to the hotel and room was by code!

In close proximity to all the major attractions, very clean, you’re regularly provided with fresh towels, the decorations are in good taste, no odd smells, good neighbourhood, cameras inside the building, very friendly welcome by Jose the manager, who would also occasionally enquire whether everything was alright

Good communication, easy check in, the staff were super pleasant. The room was comfortable. The property is right in the centre and a 5-10 minute walk from the waterfront.

on the 2nd floor there was no wi-fi in the room, only in the corridor or on the street, it was not convenient, the owner did not solve the issue, although we wrote about it.

the location is in the very center, it was quiet, there is an elevator, the rooms were not cleaned, but after 2 days they put a bag with towels under the door. very convenient entrance to the house and room using a code, there was no key, there was tea, coffee, sugar in the room.

Perfect location in the old town of Funchal. Easy check in and immaculate property. Very reasonable price compared to hotels I saw listed in the area.

The first thing that hit me was how clean it was. I stayed for 6 nights and hiked every day. All bus stops were within five minutes. Centrally located surrounded by restaurants,bars,cafes and shops but surprisingly quiet at night. Room had fridge, kettle, hair dryer , iron and utensils. Staff were great and codes were delivered to get in well beforehand. Will be back.

I didn't like that there was not typical blanket, it was very thin and for me not comfortable.

Amazing location, and the room had everything we needed, even spoon or knife. We enjoyed our stay.

The building is in the centre of Funchal, very close to bus stops, shopping center, cafes, restaurants, port. It's a refurbished, clean and nice building which has a very positive impression. The room was spacious and very clean and it's new, modern, light, with a fridge and a modern bathroom. The wifi and AC were working well. The beds were comfortable, too. If you need cleaning, you need to ask them to do it for you. The reply we got was - we can get clean towels after 2 days and cleaning after 4 days. We were very satisfied.
