I'd prefer a room with a full bathroom, rather than the toilet/shower stalls, and handbasin in the main room, but I knew what I was getting, and it was perfectly clean and acceptable for the stay.

Located right in the centre of the Baixa district, this charming, cosy hotel was in the middle of everything - an easy walk to just about anywhere you would like to go. Central, yet, still comfortable and quiet in the evenings. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, checking in via text to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was small, but that it to be expected in these old buildings, and I would definitely recommend a stay in this location for any singles/couples visiting Lisbon.

Room just a little small. Was hard to open luggage. And, the safe door would not close under the sink so banged my legs and tripped over it many times. I put a trash can there to keep it closed.

Everything was wonderful. Staff are excellent. Room m was very clean. Bed comfy. Loved the view of the street.

I was expecting more of a boutique hotel experience, and the facilities were a little more tired and simple.

The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful.  The property wasn’t quite what I expected from the photos, but it was definitely clean and accommodating.

Even though the room was very comfortable and spotless clean, the layout is a bit odd. Toilet and shower are separated from each other and they just have a smoked glass door. The sink is just next to the bed. For a solo traveler it works just perfectly, but if you’re traveling with friends, family, couple, well, perhaps privacy might be an issue.

The staff is super helpful, friendly and nice. I always felt very supported even before arriving to the property, they answered questions quickly and upon arrival they did their best to make sure I was confortable until the check-in time. Location is unbeatable - just a few steps from Baixa-Chiado subway station, surrounded by many places to eat, shop and walk around. Bed is very comfortable, towels fresh and clean, hot water worked perfectly, Wifi is reliable, and there are power outlets near the bed to charge your gadgets during the night.

Amazing location, lively and central, close to the river and the beautiful Avenida Augusta. Felt safe staying alone, staff were super helpful. Excellent and clean. Air con a plus in 30 degree heat! Lovely welcome gifts were a nice touch !

Very minimal. But we were only there a few days so it was fine.

There was a cafe nearby. It’s very minimal. Sink outside the bathroom, in the bedroom. No coffee. There was a small kitchen on main floor near office. They were very nice to leave us two custard tarts upon arrival.

Very compact bathroom. The shower water tended to get the floor very wet.

Very well located and convenient. Above a busy street but not too noisy at night. Nice to have access to a shared kitchen with tea and coffee and fruit supplied. Helpful staff on hand for most of the time.

Sink could have been put into the huge bathroom to allow some storage in room. Lovely shower. Stairs to first floor, to lift, which might be a problem to some people.

2nd stay and just as good as the last. Excellent location near metro stop and heart of the city centre. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Look forward to returning int he future.
