The room had its best days at some time in the past. The bed was not comfortable at all. The shower lost quite some water so half a flood on the floor. Pretty disappointing was the breakfast - for this price we expected something better (coffee + tea were quite bad, the juice was no juice and the choice was very limited).

Free parking in the car park was excellent. There was a bedroom with a separate living room (no issue for us but no telly in the living room). Nice view to the castle.

Buffet breakfast was average, with cold bacon and scrambled eggs.

Our two bedroom apartment was huge! Check in staff were excellent, and so friendly. We were stuck in Lieria due to mechanical problems, but ended up enjoying our unexpected stay.

Four things: - Bed room had 2 single beds instead of 1 double (why the hell is this still a thing!?). - No sponge or soap to wash the dishes, I expected this at least when book an "Aparthotel". - There was still garbage left from the previous customers. - Toilet brush was messy from other customers (yuck...).

Bed really comfy, great location near to the city centre, theatre, street shops, night life and so on. The rooftop view is great. The apartment was nice and roomy.

Should be more staff present at the bar, there was one day with no one there for 2 hours :/

Staff was very kind and flexible with the checkout times, as I needed to stay parked at the hotel parking lot a few extra hours, and they were OK with it :) Wifi had strong signal, even at the pool!

The first morning they had natural (unsweetened) yogurt, but the second morning they didn't (only sweetened yogurt drink). The attendant apologized and said they would have yogurt again the next day. But they didn't. Nor the next, our final morning.

Plentiful, well-serviced, good variety, tables with tablecloths - a touch of elegance.

Some weird details in the breakfast like raw bacon. The kitchen wasn't clean enough when we arrived.

Interior design, soundproof, staff, space, parking, location,.

The staff at the reception - originally the two rooms that we have booked were allocated on two different floors. I asked Micaela and Andreia who were at the reception to rearrange the rooms so that they were on the same floor. This was done promptly to our satisfaction. Thanks Micaela and Andreia. Location - very close to the city centre, within walking distance The room - spacious with a kitchenette The staff at the breakfast room is also very nice and helpful

The little mats by the side of the bed needed replacement. Some refreshment of the rooms decoration will make them much nicer.

Second time at this hotel. Good for staying several days. Centrally located in Leiria and to visit near major attractions: Batalha, Tomar and the coast. Rooms spacious and very comfortable. Some have a nice view to the Castle. Very good sound-proof. Smart kitchen area. Nice breakfast, well presented and with good service, the staff pays attention. The upper terrace for relaxing and the parking very convenient.

Some apparently abandoned buildings in the street & mostly empty shopfronts made the street appeal very low.

Reception staff on arrival were very cold, not even one smile. Water on morning was COLD in middle of December, i actually had to take a COLD shower in a 4 star Hotel. Reception girl said it was a problem with the boiler, strangely when the majority of people were taking shower in the hotel before breakfast..... yeah right Paid 10€ more for a room with a view to the river.... view was sideways to the rooftop of buildings, the window with the river view (you cant see it by the way), was very small with a curtain that YOU CANT push up, that was finished by hand (scissors anyone?). Furniture and decorations were boring. Elevator entrance at 4th floor smelled like someone puked on the carpet (im not joking). Music at breakfast was Jazz, but that kind of improvisation Jazz. Personal taste, but i don't like it. Breakfast room furniture seems to came out of the 70s.

Breakfast was allright. Parking garage was nice to have, since in front of the Hotel there are no parking lots available at all.

the hotel is very near to the city center, bus and taxis services, the view is great...
