    Nothing to complain.

Clean room, comfortable bed, sufficient choice at breakfast, good working heaters (important in winter time), wlan working well. Very centrally located and easy accessible.

Some items (like the bathroom) show signs of aging. Noise between rooms are audible (but not unbearable).

Nice hotel well located near Serra da Estrela. Excellent (5 star) breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Cleanliness is perfect. Facilities are acceptable.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and the position of the TV made it hard to watch it. Maybe it should be placed higher on the wall. Everything else was very nice!

The staff was very nice and helpful, and breakfast was also very good! Location was perfect!

Friendly staff - comfortable room with a view - good food - free, on-site parking. Nice gardens and play area, if you are there with small children. During the summer months, there are two nice pools (unsupervised) available - 1 for children & 1 for adults.

Room and bathroom very small. Dinning room is small for the number of guests. So there are two turns for dinner: 19h30 and 21h00. There is a big mess on the 21h00 turn, because people doesn't end before 21h00. The restaurant has been quite good, but not anyore.

Hotel location in Seia is very good. As a continental breakfast it was quite good. However there were no eggs.

nice breakfast with local jam. but being the land of cheese they could have some of the local stuff. it's very central to Seia. very nice view from the dining room and most rooms

Very bad TV signal Poor soundproofing between floors and rooms Too noisy plumbing and sewers

A good value for money A heat management system responsible and balanced comfort A great attached restaurant with a variety and quality of food that is without any doubt an international benchmark of regional and highlands Portuguese cuisine.

There were three staff members at reception chatting they did not even attempt to engage me as I walked past to breakfast.Breakfast was terrible. Portugal has the best coffee in the world yet at this hotel the coffee was disgusting. There was not staff in attendance during breakfast. Only someone to clear dishes. It is dark and depressing.

One drawback was that a coachload of French/Belgian? visitors were allowed to spread themselves and their own food, drink and music in the bar, which was unpleasant for other guests.

The position of the hotel is superb in an interesting small town and offering easy reach of the spectacular mountains. Bar and restaurant are excellent with friendly staff and good, inexpensive food and drink.
