The matress, we can feel the metal springs through. And the room could use some renovation work (walls near the bath, silicone redone, curtains and some lampshades had rust.

The staff was great, super friendly and always helpful. The spa facilities were also great, the breakfast was super. The cat Baltazar is the star of the show and deserves +1 more star (the staff that support him also). It was clean. The bar lounge was also great.

the room seemed to have been developed a while ago and could do with a refresh. Towels were hard and worn. Breakfast had a lot of flies around and sitting on the food. We arrived at 9.30 and some of the hot food was finished. The sat nav also took us to the wrong place firstly then the building next door which was not in use and finally the hotel .

The second time there, the staff is nice but overworked. They are too little staff for the tasks. They have a bar but no bartender. The management of the hotel should hire more people. It's really difficult not to feel sorry for them. Drank a cocktail done by a person who didn't know how to do it. So, I paid 9 euros for something undrinkable.

The swimming pool is nice. The mattress is good. Good water pressure. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and available when they are not doing another task.

Amazing swimming pool area with very comfortable furniture and well designed architecture and landscape around. Good quality breakfast included. The hotel stuff was truly helpful and friendly.

This hotel needs more of maintenance. It could be a great place for a quick escape from the big cities.

Staff was friendly and the facilities were OK. The pool service is good and you can spend a few days relaxing in this area. The Muralhas the Obidos are a must see.

Staff was unfriendly, or at least one of the staff we interacted with during our stay. It was perhaps a communication barrier, but we didn't get a great vibe of friendliness during our check in or when we asked for towels for the pool. The morning that we checked out from the hotel, the guy working during the morning was extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was very nice. It was clean and very neatly kept. The terrace faced the pool and had an amazing view of Obidos Castle. The view at night was just as spectacular. The continental breakfast was amazing. The warm buns really added to the experience. Definitely would stay there again.

Our bath tub didn’t have a drain plug zo we couldn’t take a bath only showers. They probably intented it this way to save up on water or something. It wasn’t a big problem but it’s something minor we noticed.

The furniture, the bathroom, the balcony maintenance. All is old. When i tried to change my upgrade room the manager told me that no room available.

It's a shame you cannot walk into town, especially as there are no dining facilities on site. But secured the services of a very efficient and friendly taxi driver which was great.
