The room did not have enough place for laying our suitcases etc and the TV was a bit small. The bathroom counter was not large enough for laying out cosmetic bags.

Staff were really good. Free parking was excellent. A few more healthier options such as warm cooked eggs at breakfast would have been great. It would have been nice to access the coffee/tea machine in the evenings.

While outdoor hotel parking is free there is a 5 Euro charge to park downstairs. I would have preferred that the underground parking is included in the price.

Breakfast was decent with quite a few choices e.g. cereals, cheese, buns, boiled eggs, muffins, egg tarts, fruit etc. Also liked that there were coffee machines to make fresh coffee and plentiful supply of items to eat. There is also a grocery store 2 min walk from the hotel.

Location is a far from city centre but it well serviced by buses, train and taxis. So, not a problem.

The location is a little far away from the Lisbon, we need to spend 1 hours for reaching to the Lisbon center. Besides, after 24:00 almost no public transportation once we have got off the train, and it’s difficult to have the taxi, so we must walk back from the train station to hotel, almost half an hour walking during midnight.

The room is bigger than in France Holiday Inn, so it’s a bit surprising for us. Besides, the breakfast is also better than France Holiday Inn, so it’s good for us for living here! And the parking is free and easy to park in the front of the hotel, it’s also much better than other HoliHoliday Inn.

This time for some reason our bed mattress wasn’t comfortable.

It’s a very convenient location for us and it’s the forth time we stay. There are two other hotels in the area but we like to stay here. It’s modest, clean and staff are friendly.

The room was only reasonably clean. The beds were good size, even the sofa bed, but only reasonably comfortable. Just a detail, but the kettle was old and leaked water, which got some of our stuff wet.

The room was big and could fit 3 adults and 1 child. Quiet during the night. Breakfast was really nice. Location very good as well, and pricing was good specially compared to other hotels from this company, from different locations (like Carnaxide) Recommended for 1 night stay (which is what we did this time)

The rooms need to be a little remodelled. The remote control of my television did not work as it should, the kettle came out of water when I turned it on. I think they could have more varieties of teas and at least one or two bottles of water if you want to use the kettle. You won't use the water in the bathroom. My toilet lid was shaking and it was too old. Even the bathroom trash can needs to be changed. I don't know about the others, but the toilet paper should be much better, otherwise it was very good to spend a few days.

The hotel was good for short trips, very nice staff, good service and great breakfast with lots of options. Very well located. Rooms were clean every day 👌

There was no glass in the room.

Everything went as expecteed at this hotel chain. No bad surprise, nothing extraordinary. Nice professional staff. Clean room, tasty breakfast.
