Omg this place is amazing… not our first visit but had some renovations, it’s stunning, staff all friendly and interested, nothing too much trouble. Spotlessly clean, breakfast fabulous, choice, quality, freshness should really be 5*

The room was quite hot, but that’s no problem for us. Everything was perfect!

The property was very clean and very well looking. The staff was very friendly as we were welcomed with champagne. We even got a free upgrade! The room was spacious and we had a nice view over the pool. All was very clean which we value. We only stay one night so I don’t know if the restaurant was any good. The breakfast was good!

Just better lighting over the make-up table and hairdryer area

The food was exceptional quality and variety. Attention to detail was superb and all the staff were happy and extremely polite nothing was too much trouble! We had welcome drink and cake chocolate and fruit when we reached our room .. we had a complimentary port and chocolate sent to our room and also a free glass of champagne invitation to the newly sophisticated bar/ entertainment area

Hotel is beautiful and well maintained, staff are thoughtful and friendly. The room was lovely and well maintained, spacious and airy. Breakfast was well laid out and the dinner buffet was lovely as well. Lots of car parking and very close walking distance to the beach.

The main clientele is middle-aged to older couples, which is worth knowing. I like to use the stairs and this was inconvenient to do, so was effectively forced to use the lifts.

Loved the large junior suite room. Great food choices available in the buffet at dinner. Very large pool. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean and compfortable. Easy parking outside. Generally quite a luxurious feeling.

I liked everything.

I liked the location of the hotel. The room size was excellent and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The pool area was nice and we had no trouble in getting a sunbed.

the breakfast was the only thing we did not enjoy the most. They do have a good spread but the options were not great.

The staff are the best part of the hotel. The reception staff are warm, welcoming, witty and provide excellent customer service, unlike any other hotel. The room is beautiful and massive with a separate seating area, making the room so spacious, with a lot of light. We were pampered with a welcome wine and the next day with some sparkling wine which made our day. You have all the amenities in the room needed. The pool is well located and has lots of spots around the hotel lawns to relax and unwind. They also have a SPA, indoor pool and a whirlpool. Great place to relax and unwind

The mosquitoes loved me, but I didn't love them.

Loved our room. Great pool and garden. Staff couldn't do enough for us. The staff were professional but also fun. Shuttles 4 times a day to and from beach. Also to local towns. Lovely quiet location

The entertainment - it was ok, but could maybe have been a little better.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, and even although we were only there for a few days it felt like they really made an effort to get to know us. We even got a room upgrade - thanks😊

Impressed with this hotel from the moment we arrived. A lovely welcome from the check-in team who were efficient and helpful. The room was comfortable, beds particularly so, and great shower. We stayed half board and the food was excellent, a lot of choice and varied each night. All of the staff in the restaurant and the bar were great they genuinely seemed happy to be there. We didn't use the pool as we prefer the beach and what a beach it is - a nice walk to get there (a few steps so maybe not easily accessible to everybody) beautiful soft sand and shallow so easy to get in and out of the sea. Congratulations to the hotel team for providing an exceptional service we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room towels could have been better quality and we missed the use of bath robes. Nice touch to be given a bottle of fizzy wine but would be better to receive it at the beginning of the holiday and not the last night.

Bed comfortable and lovely to overlook the pool. Pool very nice with the gradient slope in to it. Breakfast very good. Didn’t use the restaurant for dinner so cannot comment.
