PortugalThe location itself it's not a problem but it's quite far away from the major cities. Unfortunatelly to get there the roads aren't the best ones, but this is not the hotel's fault at all.
The breakfast was really good, personally i couldn't really use the swimming pool but my colleagues did and they enjoyed it. The room was clean and the beds were comfy.

Great to have a swim, location was very good, staff were friendly, breakfast great, no problem storing our bicycles.

FinlandBackside view was unique, depending on your taste. Personally, I didn’t like that side of the village on my window. Air-conditioner no remote control in my room.
For an allergic person, strong smells, dust, yeast smells, cigarettes’ smells was were good, levels were neutral. Room cleaning 10 points from 0-10. Breakfast/dinner service was above average level. Well done guys!

United KingdomThe language barrier, not to be ignorant, we got by with translating via google but it was hard when we had a problem - for instance our room had no towels in it, we ended up having to ask for them twice but we got there in the end. Also at checkout, i asked if they could call us a local taxi to the bus station but i was just given a phone number - which wouldn't dial out. Thankfully we found a local taxi rank not too far away. The pool was lovely and quiet but there were a few flies floating around. Breakfast was ok, from 8-10am - great timings, but i think it's more of a first come first serve situation as we got there at 9.15am and the hot buffet option had all been eaten with no sign of replenishment- just the empty containers remained - i think there was 1 boiled egg left. However, plenty of croissants and bread to keep us going, and a selection of cold meats and cheese if that's your thing.
Good location for where we needed to be, pool was nice and quiet, felt like we had it to ourselves. Aircon worked well. Checkout time of 12pm was great. Gave us plenty of time to get ourselves together.

PortugalDispute being well prepared, there were only two or three options at dinner. There could be more options to choose from. The pool area could be more thoroughly clean and looked after.
Number one thing we loved would have to be the location. The hotel was quite central in the small town of Monte Real, within a 10 minute walk of everything you might need. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a smile and gave us good suggestions on places to visit and have lunch. The room was simple, but comfortable. The common areas were pleasant and well decorated.

Wonderful staff welcomed us and addressed all our needs. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast options are varied and good value for money. Will definitely recommend.

PortugalParking can be tricky if the hotel is full. Although they're super clean, the bathrooms are not comfortable (the toilets are too high).
Very central location in the quaint town of Monte Real. Rooms are ok. Bathrooms are super clean and look like they've been recently renovated. Nice breakfast as well.
