The plumbing was clogged so the sink and shower weren't able to drain the water. We reported the issue after we checked out as we only stayed there for one night. They would take care of it.

The bed mattress is very uncomfortable. It makes a whole and leans to middle of the bed. I would advise to replace the mattress to improve the quality of sleeping.

The rooms are simple and spacious with modern decoration. Located in the heart of the old city. The breakfast has local produts and a variety of options. Overall a good stay in Alentejo.

Stairs are very steep to the first and second floors - some might find them difficult. The handrails help.

Very good location in the old town, amazingly clean and quiet rooms and building, comfortable bed, great breakfast and walking distance to the bus station. They have a funky “key” system that makes entry very secure.

The breakfast area is somehow too small and not particularly nice. In Alentejo, the local bread cannot miss! This is one of the most amazing local products that Alentejo produces. No lift and the stairs are, let's say, demanding...

The location is very good, very central and at the same time very quiet at night. The room meet the expectations, it's clean and comfortable.

The bathroom door is kind of transparent so if you have kids for example in the same room it can be weird.

Each room has a name of a Portuguese writer and on the wall there is a quote from that writer. This makes the room very cozy and welcoming. The bed was big enough and comfortable. Location is right in the center area on a very narrow street. The staff were very nice.

Stored bikes for us inside. Great Central location. Great selection of breakfast. Staff very friendly, allowed us to check in slightly early. Be aware steep stairs and no lift, not a problem for us. Quirky decor.

The hotel has an excellent theme - every room is dedicated to a different Portuguese writer. Behind the bed was an illustration and a quote from the writer's work, complete with a couple of copies of their work. Unfortunately, I can't speak Portuguese, so the specifics were lost on me, but otherwise we had a big, comfy room and the staff were very helpful and allowed us to change our room when the air-con didn't work.

Hard to find, nothing was open around the area. Parking was hard to find without paying.

Very difficult to find. Could only check in during a set window of time. Cute lobby, rooms were new and clean. Very dorm room like, but served the purpose. Breakfast was fantastic, that was included. Lots of choices.
