Nothing - it was perfect

Beautifully designed, furnished rooms! Bright interior, styled with wainscoting and ceiling molding, and gorgeous Portuguese blue and white tiles. Spacious rooms with comfortable bed, chairs, desk, and/or sofa. Modern amenities. The "Corner Room" was special. Lobby and restaurant on the main floor also exuded tiled charm and casual elegance, with complimentary water, cookies and macaroons. Customer service was excellent and friendly in ALL areas of the hotel, and the location was perfect, being a short walking distance away from the crowded areas. The rooftop terrace bar restaurant was the highlight of this property!! The H10 Duque de Loule exceeded expectations. Thank you to the staff and management for your warm hospitality!

The room was relatively small and the view was very average (inner court). It also quite far away from city center 20-25 minutes walk to the central square

The property itself was gorgeous! A bit farther from downtown only a twenty minute walk and it was gorgeous all around. We felt safe the entire time.

I'd preferred a regular shower rather than the bathtub. You need to climb in to take a shower. Also, the water in the shower would sometimes switch to colder temperatures, apparently when someone next door was taking a shower. Otherwise, everything very nice.

Overall, it was a very good experience. Clean, cozy, good AC, central, great staff.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt so well taken care of - the hotel staff truly made your stay feel that extra bit special. Every area of the hotel is beautifully decorated with impressive attention to detail. The location is also perfect - near lots of key sites and with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars only moments away. The rooftop bar is also a true gem! Stunning views and deliciously crafted cocktails. We would definitely stay here again. Truly cannot recommend this hotel enough!

I have to say this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, the bed was massive and every single day the housekeeping made our room as tidy as it was on the first day, the AC was great considering how hot it was outside and the location is perfect. A quick tip the staff gave us if you want to refill your flasks with ice there’s a free ice machine on the 6th floor. We didn’t use the garage but we asked reception for instructions and they gave a print out with a picture and address so it was very clear. I truly have no complaints, we will definitely recommend to anyone and return at some point!

Late at night, the entrance has to be manually worked to let in by staff a you might have to wait sometimes.

It was a wonderful hotel and had a great stay, staff are very welcoming and hospitable. Would definitely be returning here next time I am in Lisbon.

Breakfast was just "ok". No swimming pool or lounge area other than the rooftop.

Location was excellent. Close to restaurants, airport and everywhere we needed to go during our stay. Very convenient. Lovely comfortable rooms. Cutest rooftop - great views for sundowners.
