Parking is a bit tricky but that’s a part of staying in the area. There is a parking lot nearby so it wasn’t so bad(the owner told us before hand) . The area is great for the buzz and very fun.

The manager/ owner is very responsive and organized giving us all the info we needed without having to ask. The room is pretty and has all the amenities you may need. They had a beautiful table prepared for us and nice little gifts/ treats for our daughter which is very thoughtful. Unfortunately there was construction going on which took a bit from the view, but that’s life… not their fault.

Construction is currently going on right in front of the apt and because of this we did not use the tables provided to sit outside on the patio.

The studio is very spacious. The host has thought of everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. She is very kind and is helpful with questions and responds in a timely manner.

Fantastic location close to cafes, train transport and great walking streets. Many apartments have a long uphill walk. This one does not. Pink street 100 m down the road. Lovely new apartment, a/c, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fully equipped kitchen. Perfect!

Location-location-location. Fit and finish of the decor - beautifully curated and well stocked for longer stays. On the top floor (2 bedroom apt) noise was not an issue and AC worked well.

Really, the only thing I did not like was the building next door to the outside patio area for rooms 3, 4, 5 is currently under construction. So, there is noise there in the am. For rooms 1 & 2 on the other side of the building it faces a hostel. That hostel is VERY loud at night. They come out their front door to smoke, drink, and chat it up until into the early morning. We had to use the earplugs provided to us in the room and slept with the TV going in the living room to drown out the noise. Young adults are partying until 1-2 am sometimes. Rooms 1 & 2 face a small alley where the hestel is, so it really echoes. Our view out the other side of our room overlooked the courtyard where the building next door is under construction. We stayed 3 nights in September 2025. The building next door will be under construction for a while.

It was located in a good area within walking distance to just about everywhere. Easy to catch busses and trams. To be honest, we mainly stayed here for the washer & and dryer, which helped us pack less clothing & enabled us to bring smaller bags. Someone wrote on ours in English, which made it easy for us to use. But not all rooms had that. Stayed in Apt #1 which had windows. There's a nice pastry shop just down the street for breakfast & coffee.There are lots of restaurants within close walking distance for lunch and dinner. The bed and pillows were comfortable. They also have another location about 15 minutes away where you can store your luggage during the day until you check in, which we did. And then we ubered to our location, which is actually one block above pink street.

This is in an area of town that is vibrant at night so it can be loud outside the apartment. The apartment itself is pretty soundproof but there is a fan in the room near the window and it drowns out any residual noise if you keep if on at night.

This place was just what our family needed! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect for us. The location was great - we were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go and when we needed to go a bit out of town it was easy to catch an uber. There are lots of delicious restaurants nearby - hard to decide which to eat at, so many looked good. The beds were super comfortable, even the couches that convert to twin beds were really comfortable. The washing machine was really good to have at the end of our trip. Air conditioning worked great. Felt very safe and cozy.

The air conditioning in the apartment was not working properly. The top floor bedroom and the living room AC didn’t have cold air, it felt like a regular fan. The noise from the street was loud all night so opening the windows made it too difficult to sleep. Aside from that, the apartment was really nice and super spacious.

Can't say a bad thing about this stay.

Everything was exceptional. The hosts were easily accessible with any questions we had via WhatsApp. The apartment is gorgeous. It had everything one could need. We really thought the welcome box was a lovely touch. And having the coffee/espresso pods was so helpful. There was cold water waiting for us in the fridge. The couches that double as additional beds were so comfy. The neighborhood was great walking one. Restaurants, cafes, shops, all close by.

All was good.

Very easy access to the building. Noisy street at the weekend, but shutters deafened the noise. Very large, comfortable bed with lots of pillows and towels. Service also to change towels after a few days. Kitchen has all the amenities and very large couch in the living room was amazing. Lovely tapas and wine bar across the street, and short walk to main area. Very easy to arrange taxi to the airport through the app, and showed up as expected.

Two suggestions for improvement. 1. A handrail on the stairs 2. Shower trays are very slippery (showers are great!). Mats and handles would help to avoid damaging falls.

Air conditioning excellent during a heat wave. Beds and bedding high quality and comfortable. Beautiful windows were effectively triple glazed and the apartment was quiet despite quite a lot of activity outside until late at night. Facilities are extensive and a family of four could comfortably stay for a week. Always answers to queries came quickly. Probably AI but relevant.

Pink street is close by - there where two nights where the noise from nearby partygoers was loud even through the windows and shutters.

The stay is too short

The cost seemed high in comparison to other location, but this is Lisbon. Big cities are costlier.

The unit is quite beautiful and is well appointed. The host has an eye for detail, and the welcoming gifts were a classy and pleasant surprise. The location is central, noise was not an issue for us at all. The bed was very comfy and the couches turned out to be equally confortable which was a surprise. Accessible location, lots of great restaurants nearby and pink street the market are but a few steps away. Highly recommend a stay at this property.

No huge thing but note that the bathroom and bedroom are up a flight of stairs. Stairs don't have a rail either. Probably not recommended for those who aren't comfortable with stairs.

Smooth "onboarding" with access codes and clear instructions well before arrival. This is rare! Excellent location and very clean with some nice views with the windows open (we stayed at the one bedroom on 4th floor)
